We were running a little behind schedule because of some portraits when we got to the Welcome/Thank You photos. Anh Luan worked quickly to get us back on track while also being so welcoming and fun to our guests! The photo prints turned out so great and our guests loved being able to take home a physical photo with us at the wedding. The photo booth was also a hit! They gave us the strips of all the guest photos afterwards so that was really nice to look over the next day and see how much fun our guests were having. We initially hired them because I had been the maid of honor in a wedding they recently did - They were lovely to work with, very down-to-earth and kind, and then seeing their edits were absolutely amazing. I heard that the pretty high-end resort where the wedding was, even wanted to use their footage for a commercial. On our own wedding, they made me feel de-stressed and taken care of (a miracle!), and while they let the photographer take the lead before and after the ceremony, they sent us a literal motion picture quality edit of our wedding. We had a phenomenal time at our wedding and the video made it seem even better than I thought possible. I recommend definitely hiring both of them because that allowed for many moments with both bride and groom that we wouldn't have gotten to see otherwise. The prop selection and setup, backdrops, lighting, and the visibility of our baby all felt subpar in comparison to what she posts. There's not one photo where baby's entire face is showing - he's partially covered either by the props, his clothing, his own or our hands in each photo. There was very little guidance from Lety during the shoot to ensure that we were posing appropriately for the family photos, so the baby's positioning is awkward and there was very little to choose from. After telling her what I envision creatively prior to the shoot, I felt she did the bare minimum to meet 1-2 ideas out of several. She also made a disclaimer when booking that she chooses all the costumes and props in advance. We also were not made aware ahead of time that certain types of photos were not possible such as "digital" shots that are displayed on her instagram. This was a huge bummer. When I gave her feedback post-shoot, she blamed it on my baby, and also my dog even though she didn't communicate any issues with him during the photo shoot. I wanted to share my experience because my baby is 4 months old and I'm still devastated that we can never get those moments back to recapture our baby's newborn essence - it's such a short moment in time. I don't want another parent to feel what I've felt.

My family and I were excited to do a reunion photoshoot and to bring some throwback studio shots…read more Unfortunately we were unable to do so, mainly because of poor communication. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to our appointment since we were a group of 5(including an infant), But this was so we could possibly use the restroom to touch up and fix ourselves. When we arrived to the destination, we found that both entrances were locked. No problem. Gave the phone number a call, however, I found that the tone and response was a bit rude. I mentioned that the doors were locked but The response was, "your appointment is in 30 minutes. Im not ready for you. wait outside". The tone sounded annoyed and irritated and she was very abrupt. I think to avoid this, they should put on their FAQ section to arrive at the designated time and to make it clear that there is no waiting area. the appointment went past the due time and i finally received a message stating that she was locked out. I am unsure of how they can be locked out. why don't they have a key to a space they lease? How did they lock themselves out? Were they not there yet and that is why they werent ready for us? All these questions. Poor planning on their end if they are to book appointments on days where maintenance is not readily available. They ended up having to cancel the booking because they could not enter their own workspace. They offered to rebook for the following day but everyone would be flying out. Im not here to knock anyone out, just mainly so that the owner is aware that they may need to rethink their logistics and also how they react to customer inquiries. We were really looking forward to doing business. Hopefully future customers won't go through the same issues we did. Wish them well on their endeavors.
