Called to hire them for a real estate matter. I called one atty directly. Went to VM. Never…read morereceived a return call. Called their scheduler. Got VM. Lindsay called me back within 30 minutes. She said she would get back to me. This was promising. Then I never heard back from her. (This was twelve days ago) Called Scott next day by accident. Left VM anyway, then called Lindsay. Went to VM. Then called another law firm where they managed voice mail with scheduling and return calls. Mission accomplished. I hired them. I recommend Reidenbach if you like talking to answering machines. If they were to call back, I would doubt how diligent they would be on the actual legal work. I am giving one star because that is the minimum. I am giving the second star because they have a good reputation. What I wanted as a consumer: To receive a call back saying: There was a conflict. You were too busy to take my case. Or You didn't want to take my case. At least say Saying Something so I could move along. My situation may not have bern urgent to you, but it was important to me.

In my search for a local competent law firm, Reidenbach & Associates LLC was highly recommended…read more Initially, I noticed that the office had a great location with ample parking, something very unique to the area. Searching for parking along the mainline can become a chore in itself. Laura Tobey was the highly recommended attorney; her expertise was evident from our first consultation. Laura demonstrated exceptional knowledge and had a very friendly approach to my legal needs. The affable nature of Laura and Sierra skillfully guided me through the "ins" and "outs" of composing a will. She clarified clearly the process of distributing assets while still maintaining control over my estate. I felt confident that the will followed Pennsylvania's codes to assure legal validity, something creating wills online does not. Laura was always available to answer any or all of my questions. She was empathetic and genuinely showed concern about my undertaking. Her personal touches made a significant difference during a tedious endeavor. Never did I feel rushed or pressured in any way. I highly recommend the firm as well as Laura T. to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate attorney.

Slutsky Elder Law - Elder Care Attorney, Rob Slutsky

I required the expertise of an elder care attorney for Medicaid planning and Slutsky Elder Law was…read morerecommended to me. The first step was an introductory call with Rob where I explained my circumstances in detail and he outlined the steps involved in the process. From the outset, it was obvious he was an expert with an abundance of experience in this area, he was a straight shooter and a refreshingly genuine and empathetic person. He didn't sugar-coat the fact that the Medicaid application would be a lengthy process and somewhat arduous for me, but emphasized that he and his staff would be there every step of the way. The process took 6+ months and entailed a significant amount of communication and no shortage of questions on my part. Both Rob and his paralegal staff were extremely responsive, never hesitated to schedule a phone call for assistance and figuratively held my hand throughout. While the fee for these services is not insignificant, considering the number of hours his office invested on my behalf as well as the protection I'd have as a result, the cost was more than justified. Thanks Rob and Gina!

I especially appreciated that her fee structure was transparent and removed a lot of stress from the process. She consistently reassured me that she had my back and made me feel completely at ease. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my case and about me as a client. Her experience showed in every step, and she always made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the decisions being made. Knowing she was on my side made all the difference. I'm very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy and experienced real estate attorney. Thank you to The Real Estate Law Group.

I hired Leslie to handle a lease compliance issue for my Section 8 rental property. Unfortunately,…read morethe experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was very poor--responses to emails and calls took several days with deadlines approaching or did not come at all, leaving me unable to make timely decisions. Important deadlines were missed, resulting in delayed filings that extended the eviction process over a year and caused approximately $15,000 in lost rent per month. Her advice did not adequately address Section 8/HUD requirements, which led to tenants' counterclaims and additional compliance hurdles and extra legal costs with the housing authority. Overall, the representation fell far short of what I expected from a real estate attorney handling landlord-tenant matters. I spent significant time and money with little progress, and ultimately had to seek new counsel to resolve the issue. I am sharing this review so other landlords, particularly those with Section 8 tenants, can make a more informed choice.

I am a previous client of Michael Forbes and was just looking him up to contact him again because I…read moream desperate to get some legal advice from the only attorney I can say that I trust even though it is not in his area of expertise. I happened to see this review and simply want to leave my personal experience and opinion of not only his handling of my case but on a personal level. I had contacted at least 50 attorneys to represent me and every single one hung up after I asked if they had any flexibility on the normally large retainer expected or alternative financial arrangements for payment. Most did not even listen to the outrageous events surrounding my case. I called Michaels office and spoke with Nancy, she was so kind and listened to me and genuinely cared about what I was saying. Nancy was fantastic and made me feel like she had nothing to do but listen to me, she told me Michael was busy and would have him call me back. Which he did, and he was a bit more quick on the phone, slightly less interested in the emotional parts that although, I felt the need to include, he knew they had no impact either way legally speaking. My case was by no means something to build a legal career on , or even add to a list of accolades for that matter - it was actually a miniscule little case in the grand scheme of thigs but he agreed to help me. So the screening process the last review suggest is not at all factual. He and I had numerous conversations over the 2 years he fought for me- ending with a resounding win- we butted heads sometimes over the phone because of his time constraints and slightly strong demeanor. With that said I try to be very understanding of the other persons view. I have come to realize how much he taught me over the course of all them phone calls, when I learned to listen that is.....lol. The fact you got a call back from any lawyer in a ten minute time frame should have been an indication of the caliber person he is. He is all about business and is looking to maximize his available time in order to serve his clients. To fault a lawyer for them characteristics is a mistake, trust me! So when calls and emails were not returned in a timely fashion - I would follow up and if still not returned - I would follow up again. No matter the rate of call or email exchange that I may have wanted , The fact is he always called, emailed when it was most important. I learned something that is a still a core part of how I live to this day. Most times offense is taken and not given. If you want a lawyer that has the time to talk at your every whim - your not looking for a good lawyer. You want a no nonsense, no time wasted, effective lawyer- then look no further.
