Food was good, salad bar needed some cleaning and attention. Service was great! It's your normal RB so you know what you're getting.

Don't get me started this place is the worst place I've ever been to. I'm so mad. It was as hot as hades in there. The ladies that were there for one second and then gone after they asked if we needed anything. 30 minutes later there's my drink. We were in this place for 2 whole hours and I wanted to go to my friends house but no. The shrimp was barely edible and the salad bar was all fake stuff with a bunch of chemicals. Ruby Tuesday's in Winona Lake has the best sweet potato fries and best barbecued ribs I've ever eaten anywhere, along with capable, friendly servers. I highly recommend this restaurant! :-) read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The restaurant is filthy, from the floor to the plastic tablecloths. The plastic mugs they serve pop in are so cloudy and stained and should be thrown away. The salad bar looked like a health code violation with food that appeared to have expired days ago. The dining area was covered in flies. Our server took our order and never returned to see if drink refills were needed. We ended up paying for drinks and then leaving. This place needs to be shut down. I wouldn't bring my dog to eat here! read more

Bad food, bad service, overall horrible way to spend your time & money. I took my wife & son & we waited an hour to get our food to the table once it was there my steak I ordered medium well came bloody, the salad looked like the greens were rotten. The dishes were not clean & the waiter almost refused to come to our table as he knew we were not pleased with how this outing was going. When he finally did come to check on us I explained my steak was not edible & the dirty dishes he deferred to the manager at that point. When the manager came to see what he could do for us he took the steak dinner off the bill & tried to give us 25% off our next visit (which will never happen, as I told him) he tried giving us red velvet cupcakes like that was going to be what turned that experience around for us. Please save your time & money & go anywhere else beside this place or if you like wasting both you will love it! read more

Bar none, this place has the best salad bar in town!! The brown croutons are really good. It's not often I'll pay the $10 for mini-burgers and salad bar for lunch. (i.e. a little pricey) Once a month, I go there and enjoy a pretty decent experience. If you join their email club, they send you a free meal on your birthday. read more

I went to this Ruby Tuesday around 12pm on a Saturday. When I walked into the restaurant I looked around and there weren't very many people there, about 5 tables occupied. I didn't see a hostess so I stood there for maybe a minute to be seated. It's around 12:05 and my server greets me and takes my order. I go to the garden bar and prepare my salad. I finish my salad at around 12:15; about 4 more tables are occupied at the section I'm at. Time goes by and I see that it's 12:25 and my entree still hasn't arrived to my table and the waitress hasn't visited my table yet either. 12:33 comes around and the waitress Melissa J finally comes to my table and notices I still don't have my food. She says she's going to see what's taking so long. At this time all 4 tables around me has their food. The food arrives at 12:44 and I finish my entree around 1:00. My server comes back to my table and asks if everything is okay now that I finally had my entree. I ask her what took so long and she says verbatim "I don't know, when I went back there they had just started on it". So I paid and waited for my card to return. I notice the times stamp on the receipt says "12:34pm". I go to one of the staff members to ask if this was when the order was placed into the system, she says yes. I tell her that I ordered my food a few minutes after 12pm and didn't receive it until 40 minutes later. She backtracks and says the kitchen had gotten backed up. I tell her I was the only person in my section and all 4 tables received their food before I did. She apologized and said she'd let them know. No one asked if I wanted to speak with a manager or if there was anything they could do. read more

Went for lunch and had the shrimp pasta and salad bar...Om Nom Nom! They start with cheesy biscuits that I'm pretty sure are the key to world peace and then the salad bar is well, salad but always hits the spot. I almost forgot- the fruit teas are fantastic and Free Refills! Where else can you get a "fancy" drink and free refills?! The waiter even gave me a fresh refill in a Togo cup at the end of the meal. So for the pasta, I've had it before and also the chicken variation. This stuff is amazing, it's a pretty big bowl/plate so by the time you've had a salad or two you can fill up on pasta and still have enough for leftovers which reheat really well. They don't skimp on shrimp or chicken either so there's no need to ration them off till the last few bites! This is one of my favorite places in town because they are just a bit different than anywhere else and in this case that's a great thing! read more

This is a favorite spot to keep returning to ... super salad bar .. and we have yet to order anything that didn't delight our palate. The flavored teas are fresh with real fruit and wonderful ... not the fountain variety. Try it for a great meal. When packed the noise level can be above average but not objectionable. read more

My husband & I are frequent to this location & keep coming back. We usually always get the salad bar which is always fresh. They have great service which is hard to find in the small town we live in. Recently I went there for lunch myself & sat at the bar, it was such a pleasant experience. Kristy the bartender was so nice & friendly along w/ the rest of the staff. read more

Hadn't been here for several years, and heard the menu changed so we thought we would try it out. The salad bar was constantly empty of one or several items, the water glasses were sweating as bad as I was -(not good air conditioning- too humid) the whole place still smells of smoke from the bar. The items on the salad bar are mediocre at best for $8 to $9 .Not going back there again. read more
