The garden bar was fresh and had lots of options. When we were first seated it took awhile for our waitress to come to our table, but once she did she was very attentive and friendly. Another staff woman cleaning up in the area asked us if we minded if she swept up the floor around us, which was very polite and thoughtful. The food is good, and nice drink options. After three visits this month, we think we can offer a reliable opinion that this Ruby T is terrific. The decor, ambiance, service, food quality, and value is excellent, way above what you'd expect from the old Ruby Tuesday. The desserts are awesome. I enjoyed the salad bar. I ordered the Turkey Mini Sliders with Sweet Potato Fries (which was a great choice) and it came with the salad bar included with the price! The food was great and the service was also on point. My only complaint would be that I came in a group of 6 and I watched many parties come and leave before our food ever came out. Great place but I agree it's kinda in a bad spot (Walmart parking lot). My steak was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was amazing. The manager was helping serve food when I was there as well. Stopped in for dinner on our way back to Texas from Orlando. Great salad bar. Had the blackened Talapia and I try and keep low carb--they had Roasted Spaghetti Sqaush----DELISH!!!! This has nothing to do with the service or appearance of the restaurant. We went their Friday night (two nights) ago, and both got horrible cases of food poisoning. We got sick and both had the same thing...chips and dip, the salad bar and primavera pasta. So not even any meat. We are both so ill we may need to go to the hospital if this doesn't ease up. This place serves food contaminated with bacteria and spoiled, do not eat here. read more

Went for lunch today. A friend and I just wanted a salad. On entry, it took some time to be seated because the hostess was just chitchatting with a gentleman. After we were seated, the hostess seated two more tables in the same section in a span of about six minutes (we still had not been approached by wait staff). When waitress arrived at the section she approached the other two tables (seated after us) first and took their orders. We left. I've waited tables for a living and I know that it is hard work but I also know that you need to be aware of what is going on in your assigned section. Additionally, hostesses need to aid wait staff in the order that tables were seated. This is not the first time that the service at this location has been subpar. read more

Lunch for retiring coworker, there were 12 of us. Darrell was our server, did a great job with the service. Restaurant was very clean, bathroom was clean. My issue is with management, Darrell had not only our table but at least 3 other tables. There were at least 2 managers on duty, though none introduced themselves. The issue came at time to pay for lunch. It took almost 35 minutes to get the checks taken care of, all of us had to return and we were late. There were no complaints of the food served, mine was hot and cooked correctly. Nobody else had any complaints about food. Only the long time it took to pay. read more

I went here a few days ago, love the salad bar from any Ruby Tuesday. However, this one didn't seem fresh. Also, what happened to the French dressing!!!! Ruby Tuesday's always had that on the salad bar, which was one of the big reasons I would always go. I even asked hoping that maybe that had some in the back, and nope. We eat out regularly, numerous timees a week so we were very excited to try the new Ruby T's around the corner from our house. We were very disappointed to find it was extremely noisy, most likely due to the inside structure being completely changed from intimate to open. Where you used to have private booths and comfortable lighting you now have an open area which means you're basically eating with all of the people that are partying at the bar. I did not like that at all. The noise from the bar was obnoxious, the people were very loud including the employees, making it very difficult to think, let alone enjoy a quiet intimate meal together. I think the changes to the interior may have been done to give it more of a fast food type environment or sports bar type restaurant but we did not care for it. We ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to get our drink order and that's only because we happened to see somebody walking by and they made eye contact with us and asked if we had been helped. When we told her no, she took our drink order. When she returned with our drink order and asked if we were ready to order our food, our waitress finally showed up but only after the other girl took our order. Unfortunately when our order arrived it was the wrong food for me. My husband began eating and it took at least another 10 to 15 minutes before my food arrived. My food was comp'ed but it still ended up where my husband and I did not eat together, his food was not comped, which was odd but ok since his order was not messed up. I think it's a shame that an entire meal was all so wasted after being taken back to the kitchen. Unfortunately we felt between the wait time, the noise and the unprofessionalism of the staff, I have no choice but to give our neighborhood restaurant a thumbs down. There is however the possibility that with all the newness of everything the staff was just trying to get comfortable in their positions? After the sting of this visit wears off, we MAY give them another shot at some point in the future, just not impressed with this time around. I've always enjoyed going to Ruby Tuesday in our neighborhood so I was very disappointed in the changes and atmosphere. Where has service in the service industry gone. Tonight I had my family out after evening service. The dinning room was not crowded at all. Although our meals were delayed this was not a real issue. Our server advised there was a delay which wasn't all that long. What troubled me was seeing what appeared to be the manager confront a couple as they were leaving. Previously I saw a conversation taking place at their table my guess there was an issue with their check. Nothing appeared heated or upsetting until another I'm guessing manager came to the table. It was instantly clear this person was trying to illicit a confrontation. Watching this I realized how inappropriate this action was. First way try to pick a verbal or physical confrontation especially with a very large clearly a no nonsense man. I'm glad the couple simply left even being harassed to their vehicle. Right or wrong this management style was unspeakable. Bad play. Not coming back. read more

This place closed for a long time after 'the great flooding' of 2014 I think it was, finally re-opened a few months ago, remodeled. Salad bar is pretty much unmatched so far, haven't found anywhere else with the variety, and it is kept fresh. The rest of the food is very good too, and the chain is good about consistency between locations. Pricing is about what you would expect for a such a place - you probably aren't getting out of there for less than fifteen bucks a person unless you try, or go for a special. But you can actually get a decent steak in that range here - there are coupons that come in the mail frequently enough. There used to be come combos that I really liked and would get every time, a burger or some other sandwich with fries and salad bar, but they did away with them, now the salad bar is always an add-on, guess they were losing money. I also miss the tacos they used to have. The only real negative I can come up with, and its specific to this location, is that they seriously need to get a water filter in the bar, or wherever it is that they pour plain glasses of water. It tastes like dishwater, no matter how much lemon I put in it. It's an easy fix. I don't recall tasting it in the tea, so maybe they have a filter in the back. read more

I walked into the new Ruby T's and was amazed! Wow! I love the new open concept and all the Pensacola decorations. It is so much more inviting and I was welcomed by many smiling faces. One can see how serious they take customer service, even the GM and assistant GM are out on the floor making sure all their customers are happy. My food was delicious!!! I love how they support our military and advertise right on the front door the 10% discount. The staff will go out of their way to make sure your dining experience and food are great. I will be visiting Ruby T's a lot more now. read more

I used to come in with my husband before they got flooded out and we liked it. Now that they've remodeled and upgraded their menu I can safely say we LOVE it! You can really tell they pulled out all the stops in updating everything, the decor is very stylish and comfortable now, with Pensacola themed artwork and mosaics decorating the space. The service is some of the best we've had, our waiter shawn was very polite and nice, and even made sure our kids got their food out first so we could run to their new salad bar. They charge for the all you can eat salad now, which is a bummer, but it's got ham and hummus and lots of goodies I don't remember it having before so I'd say it's worth. Their burgers are a big upgrade too, I remember when we used to come the buns were very dry but they've changed them and now they're pretty good! Definitely the place to come now that they're open, so happy they're back! read more
