They had the salad bar. They complained about everything on the main course of their meal. The pasta dishes all looked like very dry, like not enough sauce on them. Crispy chicken Mac and cheese 8/10 The cheese sauce reminds me of queso, and it does have a tiny spice to it. Like a medium queso, but a little weird. The chicken parm slice is really good. Good flavor, good crisp, a good amount of cheese too. Garlic breadstick was nothing special either. This is a fairly new one. It's next to Auto Zone. Getting in and out of the lot was easy. Not crazy crowded at the time we got there. I love their salad bar but like any RT's everyone being seated in that area walks directly by. We did the special 2 for $24. I felt my chicken was a little bit thicker than my friends but hers was longer. They were out of baked potatoes but our waiter had good suggestions on what to substitute. read more

Decided to try Ruby Tuesdays for delivery....it's been a while. Ordered wings and deconstructed kabobs via GrubHub for delivery on 3/6. Delivered on time and without issue. The food on the other hand was an utter disaster. The wings looked anemic and under done to the point I had to put them back in the air fryer! Don't waste your money on them....Fat Boys has a better selection and price, and the wings are the right size people expect them to be...just ordered today! The deconstructed kabobs lacked seasoning, and the steak had NO seasoning at all and was overdone to the point it was too tough to eat. Provided this feedback to the manager today after getting a great meal and service from Fat Boys and I thought he should know. Wasn't expecting anything...just wanted to give feedback. But, you would think they'd offer to do something to retain a customer! It might have made a difference, but they definitley are off the list permanently! read more

Ruby Tuesday Rip Off In Niceville Ordered a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. The pic on the menu was a nice fluffy textured cake with a yummy looking icing/filling that was about 1/4 inch thick and a lighter colored chocolate. (see attached pic) When it came out, I kid you not, the icing on top was about as thick as a nickel and was a dark brown, almost black, nothing even remotely close to resembling what they represented on the menu. In addition, the texture was not what a fluffy cake looks or tastes like but one that stuck to your teeth like a damp, heavy fudge texture and so much chocolate taste you could barely stomach it. It reminded me of one of the little rectangular fudge cakes that you buy 12 to a box individually wrapped in cellophane in taste and texture. To top it off, it was $7.99 and about the size of 4 fingers on a small hand (hence the rip-off) I wanted to address it with them but I decided that would be my last trip there instead. I used to love their salad bar but they cut the spinach off and have the cheapest stuff they can put on it now. Last time I ate it there was even rice on it. Who puts rice on a salad bar? And the salad bar has pretty much tripled in price. It's okay to cut back if you are trying to hold your prices down but they don't seem to understand that. They have pretty much cheapened everything and their prices have skyrocketed. One day people will say, enough. read more

Food was very good. Sonora was a fabulous server who knew how to deal with my husband's birthday burger deal with no problem. She was efficient, friendly, fun but professional. Our burgers were juicy and cooked exactly how we wanted them. Great and highly recommend. Too bad we lost so many Ruby Tuesdays in Colorado. Me and my wife ate lunch there today. We had 2 salad bars and had steak fajitas and shrimp fajitas to take home for dinner. Upon opening the box that the shrimp fajitas were in, bam big dead cockroach staring at us. I called them up to tell them about it and the manager tells me it could of came from anywhere. I proceeded to tell him I wasn't calling to get my money back, just to inform him of the situation just to see what he would say. That's when he tells me it could have gotten in there when we left. It's a shame because we liked going there to eat. I will not ever go in there and eat again. Freakin gross. Made me sick to my stomach. read more

Great place to get better than fast food after work. They give a discount to the Best Western next door. The food is usually better than average for what you'd expect from Ruby Tuesday. They always have room for seating. The wait staff and bartenders are friendly. It doesn't take long to be a regular here. Well managed chain restaurant. read more

Quite a few of us ordered lunch from this location today while we were working. Very shortly after eating, 3 of us got pretty sick. One had the Bourbon chicken and mashed potatoes, one had chicken tenders and fries, and I had the tots appetizer. We are not sure what it was in the food that made us sick, but we have been pretty sick since about 15-20 minutes after eating. I will never order from this Ruby Tuesday's again...it was one of those awful, sick experiences. read more

Ordered full rack of ribs to go and they were very dry and tough. I think they were cooked and shelfed under the warming light for too many hours This is the second time I got dry tough ribs. Not sure I will order again from Ruby Tuesdays To be fair I have gotten delicious, moist and tender fresh ribs many times before from Tuesday. Must be a bad management decision to serve old dry ribs to take out customers, figuring they wont bring them back. read more

Ordered a ribeye medium well, came to me mooing. It happens. I sent it back, and I'm ~99% sure the kitchen crew microwaved it, very rubbery and too quick to have been put on the grille. My friend Jim and I visited Ruby Tuesday August 6,2019. We both had the $5 hamburger deal. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and the staff very attentive to our needs. Additionally the tables never stayed dirty after a patron finished. Since this place had curbside to-go, I called in my order. The lady on the phone seemed nice, but I had to repeat my order twice because she had a hard time hearing. She said it would take 20 minutes, so I pulled up to the curbside parking space at the appointed time. I waited almost 15 minutes and no one came out. I was wondering what was going on, so I got out of my car and entered the restaurant. When I entered, my order was sitting on the couch unattended. Turns out there was an old man who had also ordered take-out making a scene, bothering the take-out lady. I complained to the front door person that I was waiting almost 15 minutes outside and no one came out. Her only excuse was the take-out lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. I had to wait another 15 minutes inside the restaurant as she had take care of the old man. When I finally came back home, it was an hour after my food was ready. Nice chain restaurant with a friendly staff and good food. As always, the salad bar is great. I had the lump crab cake and it was really quite good, especially for a chain restaurant. I've never tried Ruby Tuesday and I thought I'd give this a try. Staff: 1/5. Fail. On the night we paid a visit, it was a mess. At the time, the server seemed a bit frazzled. Nearly forgot wife's order, took ages to simply get some condiments/extras/the check. Location: 3/5.Kind of an unexpected place to put one but how convenient to have one right down the road from Eglin. However, it was clean from what I could see. Food: 5/5. This was the only lifesaver. The ribs were saucy and fell right off the bone ,which tells me that they were cooked well. I tried their Triple Prime with Bacon, and that was juicy and the ingredients seemed fresh as they advertise. I didn't get a chance to try it but the salad bar seemed fresh and well stocked. Pricing: 1/5. OVERPRICED. I could go to somewhere like Chili's or Applebees and pay a bit less than this. Overall: 2/5. Keep some bills handy for this chain, mainly come for the food/bar. read more

I'm still amazed that this place is still open. Had lunch there a few days ago and the food although descent was WAY over priced. The appearance of the restaurant was the same as 20 years ago, but back then there were patrons. On this last visit i only saw half dozen people there, and it should have been packed with the lunch crowd as we're all the others in town. For some reason I never remember the reasons I've never actually eaten at this location until after I've left because of the shotty service. So tonight Trevor walked around the restaurant, passed by our table at least five time all the while never actually doing anything (maybe he was trying to work up his steps on his Fitbit, honestly I have no idea). Ten to fifteen minutes after we were seated he finally got up the nerve to tell us that he would be with us shortly (at this point I don't think he has a Fitbit because even the basic models have a watch and his estimate of "shortly" has passed awhile back). He finally took our order. Ten more minutes passed and he did his laps around the restaurant once again. I made eye contact with him and he said that he hadn't forgotten about us. I just wanted my drink at this point. He had forgotten and it's just annoying when you get a server who is so incompetent at life. Good luck to anyone who ventures into this place. It's true that this a pretty standard chain restaurant, but there a couple of items at Ruby Tuesday's that I really enjoy. First of all, their salad bar is definitely a step above any other restaurant salad bar I've seen. My favorite non-salad item is the crab cake. It's the best crab cake I've had outside Maryland with virtually no breading and fantastic lump crab meat. They do a great job of quick browning it, so it's not greasy or fried tasting. Order it with a salad bar and a glass of Lost Angel Mischief Blend, and you're set! read more

I have to admit that I was absolutely shocked by a recent meal I had at Ruby Tuesdays in Niceville. This really wouldn't be my normal pick for a place for dinner. But other family members wanted to go there, so I went along with them. Burgers are very good as well, although they don't compare to the burgers at Tucker Dukes (2 miles away) and the One-20 (less than 1 mile away). I ordered the black pepper and asiago sirloin, and it was absolutely fantastic--quite literally the best steak I've ever had anywhere in the city of Niceville. I like the fact that Ruby Tuesdays is one of the few restaurants in the area that offers a discount to military (with ID). They are also good about supporting local non-profits, like the Boy Scouts. And frankly, that means a lot to me. read more

My wife and I traveled About 40 miles to try this place out. The ambiance is quint, a little dated but very clean, quiet and welcoming. We were quickly seated and waited on. We each ordered the half rack of babybacks. She had the asparagus and a salid from the bar which was loaded with fresh everything. She was excited.. I had the steamed broccoli and dirty rice. The waitresses are a bit overly enthusiastic but they have great food. Amazing salad bar, but a bit pricey.

The is the most disgusting restaurant I have been to in the niceville area, the service sucked and the salad bar had rotting vegetables and the waitress Diana was rude slow and took away plates as we were eating off them. The manager comped our dinner but please people stay away unless you want to ruin a good meal with yelling from the kitchen, piss poor service, and inedible food (unless you enjoy the taste of charcoal). read more
