We took 3 soft serve machines to them after they said they were great working on them. Kept them for months, finally said 2 were ready, we paid for the repairs and took them to the event where neither machine worked. I called to tell them neither machine worked and they said that they worked. I had told them not to put the cc charge through until we knew they worked and they hurried and put it through. I put a hold on the payment as they had not performed the repair work. He then decided he was going to keep our third machine for ransom until we released the funds even though they didn't work. We started a small claims process and they said just come get the machine. When we went to get the machine they had destroyed it. The new company we took the machines too stated what little work was done was done improperly and he didn't even know to charge the refrigerant. Original appointment was not kept and I stand by this. When I called I was told by the woman answering the phone that I had gotten the time wrong, when I know that I didn't because I put it in my calendar as I was talking to her. When the technician arrived, he was knowledgeable and professional. He told me that he was sorry for his late arrival as they were short staffed before I even said anything to him about it. Diagnosis was that the unit was extremely dirty and the Thermal Expansion Valve was bad which they did not have available. I had to call the office seven days following the original appt. When I spoke to Mary, she didn't even know what part my unit needed until I told her. She told me that it needed an evaporative coil or something with a similar name. She didn't put in for the price quote until eight days. We did not receive it until the ninth day following the original appt. The quote included $40 in shipping and handling for a small part. It also included $600 in refrigerant. The service invoice left by the technician indicates that the unit is in fact holding pressure. When we called and questioned Mary, she stated that the unit was "flat" and was leaking, even though it was blowing cold air but freezing up. Her attitude towards my husband was rude and argumentative. The unit is not "flat" and does not need to be completely refilled with refrigerant. Mary called my husband back after I sent her an email letting her know that I was going to post about my experience with her. She makes it sound in her response to my Google post, that he was apologizing for my behavior and it is simply not true. My husband confronted her about telling him that unit was "flat" and leaking. She then backpedaled and told him that she had only put together the worst case scenario even though she had previously told him the unit contained no refrigerant and was leaking. After I accepted the quote, they refused to service the unit because they were "uncomfortable" that I had expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and pricing. Their response to my Google post was disingenuous and full of omission. Read my post and then read their response to it on Google and make your own judgement about hiring this company. read more

After several troubleshooting attempts with the furnace previously installed to no avail, they replaced diff size and brand under warranty. The problem was intermittent and very difficult to troubleshoot. Service technician Rafe very patient, professional. No further problems. read more

They took two weeks to get to me ,then charged 200 dollars for a diagnosis but won't tell me what they did to justify a two hundred dollar bill. I do not recommend this company. read more

These guys will rip you off. We had them fill our ac one year and the next year it got low again. We informed them that they had refilled it the year before so it was leaking somewhere. Knowing it's a closed system and that it shouldn't need to be filled every year the guy came out and just refilled our system and said we needed to schedule a leak test even though that's what we told them we needed in the first place. They said they would charge us for the refill this time then again for the leak test plus the amount of refrigerant it leaked since then. Do not recommend this company at all. ZERO STARS!!! Roger was hired to install an ac and heating unit into a house that was going to be sold. Shortly after the installation, Roger was notified the equipment did not seem to be working effectively but he was not particularly concerned about it and told me to close some of the vents downstairs to push the air to the second story floor. After the sale of the house. we received a call from the buyers realtor threatening to sue us for installation of equipment with no permit and incorrect equipment. She had an HVAC company come out that claimed the wrong equipment was installed for that house. After obtaining three new bids for repairing the job, all three stated the equipment was not satisfactory for the job and had to be completely removed and replaced. Roger would not agree to return to repair or replace the equipment nor did he offer any assistance in the matter. The only thing he offered to do was purchase back all the wrong equipment for $2000. He then insisted we have the old equipment delivered to a specific address at our cost. We received three separate bids to correct the situation and all three stated the installed equipment was unsatisfactory and had to be completely removed.
