I realized that it was going to take longer but I made notes of when the guy arrived and when he left. I was billed for 14 hours. He was at my place for 10.4 hours. At $145 an hour, that is crazy. Not only that, but the guy did questionable work. I had leaks immediately. They claim that they could not test the line because I was not home but there is an outdoor spigot. They charge for their plumbers to go buy common plumbing tools on your dime.
