More important than that, I was dealt with honestly each time. The last time I called, they could have replaced an existing system I have which would have been close to $3,000 but instead they explained how I really didn't need the system and saved me thousands. I found everyone from the initial call, to the estimate, through completion of the job to be polite and very professional. I realized that it was going to take longer but I made notes of when the guy arrived and when he left. I was billed for 14 hours. He was at my place for 10.4 hours. At $145 an hour, that is crazy. Not only that, but the guy did questionable work. I had leaks immediately. They claim that they could not test the line because I was not home but there is an outdoor spigot. They charge for their plumbers to go buy common plumbing tools on your dime.

We were on a wait list for over a week and we decided to call and see what our status was and were told that someone supposedly called us. Neither of us had any missed calls or voicemails. Why lie about something like that? The woman answering the phone (Jeri or Jerry?) got rude with me when I told her we didn't have any calls or voicemails. I just don't understand how some businesses like this treat customers like crap. Unbelievable! We found another plumber (Fielder Sewer And Drain) that showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We are so happy with the service and honesty of Fielder that we will recommend him to everyone we know.

The plumber said the shower valve was obsolete and it would be very expensive to put in a new one. Said it would cost $750 to install the toilet I had on hand and to fix the kitchen faucet leak it would cost $600 because he felt the faucet had to be replaced and might have to be sawed out to remove. I got the impression he didn't want to do any work since it was late in the day. So he left without doing anything and I got a bill for $100 just to be told all this bad news.
