I have lived in this town for a couple months before and that turned me into one of their regulars. The decor reminds me of those traditional looking restaurants in Asia. Quite a homely feel with a very pleasant manager aka waitress aka friend awaits you with a great big beautiful smile as you walk right through that door. She's well known as Penny. Quite helpful with the menu if you don't know what to have since their menu can be quite a big one. The food is top notch for a small Chinese restaurant. It comes out quick, fresh, tasty and hot. I would always head towards Gibbons every now and then just to have my specially made dish namely ma po tofu. It's not on their usual menu but a well-known dish from China I believe. Not many places do it either. & the reason they actually made it for me is because I ask if they could. They are just that amazing. Every taste I have savoured from this place, reminds me of home sweet home. It fills your tummy and makes you feel right at home. Lee's restaurant is definitely a place for good Chinese food + top notch service + you'll find yourself having interesting conversation with Penny. Over the period of being a regular, I have gotten to know the owners, the manager and the cook quite nicely.
