I couldn't get in because they waxed the floor by the entrance. The second day I noticed a few issues. Pros: the windows look very nice and shinning. Con: The kitchen was NOT clean. -I find dirt behind and by the sides of the fridge on the floor. -Lots of dirt left behind on the face and sides of the fridge. -The bathroom sink was dirty and shower sides were full of water marks. -The bottom of the walls (newly painted) were full of grey water marks. I guess dirty water splashed all over the wall during flooring cleaning process. -wooden floor doesn't look polished or cleaned. I spent a whole afternoon re-clean the kitchen and the bathroom before it's ready.

I am very particular, and have already fired one cleaning person, so when I say she did an excellent job, it means she really did. Aside from the basics, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, she even cleaned out the refrigerator, cleaned the floor-to-ceiling vertical blinds (which had never been cleaned, I am sure!) and made the bathroom look brand new. She's fantastic, reasonably priced, and completely reliable. She'll be cleaning for me every other week (I proposed once a week, and she actually told me that every two weeks was enough). I certainly recommend her.
