Hutch from Outdoor Living Fencing came out and worked with me on a great driveway fence solution…read more He took the time to assess the property thoroughly, carefully considering the unique layout and functional requirements of my driveway. Throughout the entire consultation process, he was exceptionally understanding of my budget constraints and helped guide me toward options that aligned perfectly with what I actually needed without pushing unnecessary upgrades. Before deciding, I gathered several other bids, but Hutch's quick turnaround on pricing and superior customer service were second to none. When the installation was complete, the high quality of both the workmanship and the materials truly impressed me. I initially had low expectations due to common horror stories about dealing with third-party subcontractors and middlemen, but Outdoor Living Fencing is a direct installer and owner-operated business. Working directly with an established company that takes true ownership made all the difference, and they delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. The installation crew was equally impressive--they were punctual, respectful, extremely professional, and made sure to thoroughly clean up all debris after the job was done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Outdoor Living Fencing to my family and friends, and I will definitely be calling them back for any future fencing projects needs.

My old wood fence around the entire property was falling apart with termite damage, so I needed a permanent solution. Leo made the entire process seamless. 5 stars without hesitation. Pacific Gates and Drew did an incredible job from beginning to end…read more This was a very custom project, and I came into it with a specific vision of what I wanted the front of my house to look like. I actually created a rendering of the gate and entrance I had in mind and gave it to Drew. He worked with me through the design process, turned that concept into actual plans and dimensions, and Pacific Gates ultimately built what I had envisioned remarkably closely. Seeing the original design compared with the finished product is pretty incredible. The quality of both the materials and workmanship is excellent. The gate is substantial, beautifully fabricated, and the finished installation completely transformed the front of the house. The proportions, vertical steel design, solid center panel, pedestrian entrance, sliding driveway gate, and overall finish came together exactly the way I hoped they would. The price was also extremely fair, especially considering the amount of custom fabrication, materials, labor, and integration that went into the project. What impressed me just as much as the finished gate was Drew's patience throughout the project. I am very detail-oriented and had a lot of specific ideas about how everything needed to function together. Drew never made me feel like I was asking too much. Any concern I raised, he addressed, and he stayed involved in getting the details right. This also went far beyond simply installing a gate. We created a fully integrated access system where my Ring home controls can operate both the pedestrian gate and the sliding driveway gate, along with a Ring Intercom installation. The pedestrian gate also has a keypad controlling an electric strike, so it can be released either through the keypad or directly through the Ring Home app. The Ring Home app separately controls the rolling driveway gate as well, giving me the elaborate but simple-to-use intercom and access system I wanted, with everything fully integrated in one setup. I separately had a custom address sign and mailbox made specifically for this entrance, and Drew worked with me before I ordered them to make sure the dimensions and placement would integrate properly into the gate they were fabricating. There were a lot of moving pieces between the fabrication, operator, access controls, electrical coordination, pedestrian entrance, intercom, keypad, mailbox, address panel, and the overall architectural design. Drew was willing to work through all of it with me rather than trying to push me toward an easier or more generic solution. That is probably what I appreciate most. Pacific Gates didn't just sell me a gate. They helped me build the entire entrance I had pictured for my home. The finished product looks fantastic, functions exactly the way I wanted it to, and feels like it was designed as part of the house rather than added afterward. I could not be happier with the result. Huge thank you to Drew and the entire Pacific Gates team for the craftsmanship, patience, and effort they put into this project. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a genuinely custom gate and access-control installation.
