It was SO clean and well maintained, that I THOUGHT it was only a year or two old! The staff is friendly and courteous. When the elevator had a malfunction for a couple hours, staff helped carry luggage, etc. up the stairs. Cheerfully too! And it was fixed in short order. They have an on-site laundry available, which was very much appreciated after visiting Yellowstone and the Tetons. The room is large with a K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Linens are breathable and comfortable. The breakfast has hot entries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and a variety of various bagels, English muffins, and waffles. The bacon was fabulous!
