He told him to go home, get some rest, take extra vitamins and if it got to where he couldn't breathe, then go to ER. He gave us the standard canned response that Mountain Region Family Medicine (and big Pharma) mandated. What a tragedy that plandemic turned out to be. We would never recommend him to anyone.

There was NO notice given to any of their patients whatsoever & no information as to where our doctors went! This was my primary care doctor & they disappeared without any notice? This was a very poor and unprofessional move on the part of State of Franklin Health and has left many, many patients without a doctor. This shows they absolutely do not care about their patients. Tell me, just how many DECENT doctors are going to go there to take care of people when they hear that all 14 doctors have left at the same time? Not quality doctors I would bet. Obviously, I would absolutely not recommend and would say to SERIOUSLY look elsewhere!

The electronic records they sent us were not even complete. Dr. Edward Gray left out important information. The Drs in Kingsport TN are not play well with each other at the patient expense. This is no different than selling your medical records. We signed a hippa clause but it doesn't apply to them I guess.

The night staff was incompetent. They remained at the station most of the nights talking and laughing. I stayed with my mom 2 nights and part of the days (she was to go rehab on Monday), and their record keeping did not agree with what I observed. I do not live in Northeast Tennessee and I am grateful. Since Ballard gained control, I understand their medical provision has deteriorated significantly. It's a shame that HVCH is no longer managed or owned by locals. How this monopoly was approved is a puzzle. It appears the concern is about the bottom line not the health of the community. The people of this area deserve better.
