Edismary Brito was the attorney and Mariangelos was the legal assistant. They started by making clinic/medical appointments for me and I started my treatment. It was a straightforward case because I was hit from behind, the police report was clear the other driver was at fault and I think the other driver even got a citation from the police officer after completing his report. The insurance company of the other driver agreed to fix my car and rented a vehicle for me whiles my car was being repaired. They later brought in Maria C. Villegas to help with the property damage part of the case, saying she was a property damage expert. However, she was not forthcoming with info about the case. After making the first call to the insurance company about my property damage settlement, she kept giving excuses for the delay and started talking as if she was the attorney or marketing staff of the insurance company. Meanwhile, the insurance company had stopped paying for my rental vehicle and I was incurring moreover charges daily, though my property loss had not yet been settled. When I called to complain about my dissatisfaction with the way the case was going, they called the treatment places and told them to stop the treatment because I don't have a case. However, the case was straightforward: the police report was clear who was at fault, the other driver's insurance accepted liability, rented a vehicle for me and agreed to pay for my property loss. Not happy with how my case has been handled. I was told by the attorney that I had a good case and not to worry because the Homeowners Association had a large amount of insurance policy to pay out. I had back surgery, broken wrist , TBI and torn ligaments in my shoulder. These are not the lawyers you want representIng you. Back when I got into a life threatening accident that was caused by a drunk driver I had called this establishment to get a lawyer and start the process. While talking with my lawyer I was promised 100,000 dollars by their supervisor for my case. And then when the case ended and the verdict came they gave me only 25,000. But not all at once. They gave me the 25,000 cent by cent. Every other month a couple thousand was given to me until the 25,000 was reached. After I had already signed the contract that's when their price for how much I would get back for this car accident started to lower. I unfortunately had already signed and so my money was in their hands and they took most of it. After I had signed the contract they then offered to give me 10,000-15,000 dollars instead of the 100,000 I was promised. I had to fight for every Nickel and dime to get my 25,000. Please go look at other attorney offices because this was one was an absolute joke and I felt scammed. That night my car was completely totaled on the highway when going to pick up my wife from work and I hit the cement border. And My 14 year old daughter was at home waiting for me to get back. I was moments away from my death. Therefore the treatment and money I received from this drunk driver case was a disappointment and a joke.
