So far very happy with this law firm. I just started my case. Look forward to the progress.

Receiving an email like this initially gave us hope, especially after our family of four was involved in a hit-and-run with an 18-wheeler on the Florida Turnpike: "Thank you for choosing Morgan & Morgan to represent you in this matter. We have started the process of gathering evidence and information to aggressively pursue your case." Just a few hours later, we received another email informing us that they were dropping our case. I understand that cases involving a hit-and-run can be challenging, especially without immediate camera evidence. However, for a firm that promotes its size, resources, and ability to investigate complex cases, I expected at least some effort before deciding not to move forward. What was most disappointing was how the decision was communicated. We were informed by email, then spent more than 24 hours playing phone tag trying to get an explanation. During one of the most difficult times our family has ever experienced, the lack of communication and compassion was incredibly discouraging. We weren't expecting guarantees. We were simply hoping for effort, guidance, and empathy. Instead, we were left feeling like our case wasn't worth their time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm to friends or family. Every client deserves to be treated with professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency, regardless of whether their case is ultimately accepted. read more

Well they only help when they know they can win. I had a mal practice suit and I know they can be difficult but they didn't try. Blew me off. Not everybody is a somebody. I do not believe his sciatica adversement and now I beleive he made up lies about his brother being subject to a wheelchair and all he did for or didn't do. I had surgery and now on disability. I worked 62 yrs and I can not. So disappointed for the lack of care I recieved. Shame read more

I hired Morgan and Morgan once before. Got hurt at work. They more helpful. This timenot so professinal. Waited long time tosettle. Still waiting.waited to do mediation on my first day of Medicare. Which was very beneficial for workmanship comp and attorneys. I have43% DISABILITY in left hand. But I guess that doesn't to them. BUT IT DOES TO ME. I WILL NEVER HIRE MORGAN AND MORGAN read more

Very disappointed with this firm. They started working on my case and then suddenly dropped it with no real explanation. Communication was terrible the entire time -- I would go long periods with no updates, and when I did reach out, responses were always late or vague. It honestly felt like my case didn't matter to them at all. If you're expecting professionalism, consistency, or even basic communication, you might want to look elsewhere. Simply terrible. read more

Entering the year 2025, I was involved on New Years Day in a car accident. A 23-year-old young lady ran the red light in her Mercedes benz. Hubby and I were on Commercial ramp exit where you can only go left. In Oakland Park Blvd, Florida. We had the green light when vehicle # 2 came out of nowhere. She must have been doing above 70 or 80 speed limits in a 40 zone, based on the destruction of our mini coop vehicle. She destroyed our axel on our mini coop and caused the car to pivot and managed to hit the back right side of the vehicle where my gas tank is. Had she hit the passenger side where I was sitting, she would have killed me instantly. I had my seatbelt on, hubby was driving at the wheel, and we had the green light. After the violent impact, I was unable to breathe, I was rushed to Hospital with 2 fractured ribs and a torn tendon on the right shoulder with a torn bone that chipped. Followed by right sideburns from the deployed airbags that burned my right side of my body. This 23-year-old young lady with her Mercedes benz, hit my mini in two spots. Had she hit the passenger door I would have been dead. After counting my blessings for seeing another day and being alive to tell my story a few days later I needed legal advice. I waited for the pain to die down a little before I reached out to Morgan & Morgan. I see them on TV all the time while giving commercials and on the news, I decided to reach out to them. I had a bad experience with Blakley and Blakley 3 years ago where they dropped my case and never took the time to call me or let me know that they were not making any money on my case, and they decided to close my case without no notification. To add insult to my injuries, I had to call them! I vowed never again to call Blakley and Blakley again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone I care about. I decided to call Morgan & Morgan. Yes, it's true what the commercial says on TV. They reach out to you right away; they contact you with a Case Worker in your area where you reside. They ask all the right questions, and you don't have to leave your home to fill out any paperwork. I was taken cared of over the phone and via text/email on my cell phone and everything was by signed by docusign. Very Professional and most importantly they care about the people and what you endured. I had the pleasure of being paired up with Ms. Rocio Santana BKA as Ms. Rossy who is the Case Manager for attorney Zeb Goldstein. Let me tell you that I felt so comfortable sharing my story, I asked my questions, I asked them to please explain the process to me and my husband and Ms. Rocio Santana held my hand every step of the way. She came back with positive feedback to help my husband, and I understand our options. She also paired us up with her attorney Mr. Zeb Goldstein who explained the pros & cons. I was impressed, and I highly recommend these two caring Professionals for people. The commercial on TV is not a false or fake advertisement. Ms. Rocio Santana & Mr. Zeb Goldstein are individuals with GOOD CHARACTER followed by ETHICS and MORALS and most importantly honest Professional with INTEGRITY, which is an A+++ in my book. And Hubby & I appreciate that! I highly recommend MORGAN & MORGAN for the people. MariaE "Survived reckless driving on the road" entering the 2025. read more

My name is Keiuntae Young. I was supposed to be represented by this law firm. They are the worst. Do not use this unprofessional company for anything. First off I'm disable, you get a lawyer to handle the issue for you. Not this law firm, they do nothing for you except stress you. I becamed injured and depressed after my fall. They basically gave me no doctors. I had to find my own. They wouldn't give me no therapy. I'm trying to find all these doctors they won't me to see while being visually impaired. I would send so many text to Valerie Carlin, she would then ask for the same messages over and over. It became so depressing and overwhelming that I became sicker than I was. I then had phone issues and became homeless. I spoke with Valarie and my sister and nothing happened. The presuit attorney never had any clue what was going on. I lost my insurance and they couldn't tell me nothing to do next. My legs have been to the point i can bare even walk now I've been dropped from them with trying to call to make sure I was ok or even calling the number that I updated them with. They favor the people they feel brings in more money. They have no care for their clients that they feel aren't worth, instead of just telling us that in the beginning. I wish it was an option to give no stars because they don't deserve any. read more

I contacted Morgan & Morgan last year after a car accident where I resulted the victim with injuries.(January 2023) the way they handle my case was not what I expected from "THE LARGEST LAWYER FIRM IN THE USA" Their communication was deplorable. it was like I was asking for a favor to get an answer. each time I tried to contact my case Manager , Jeovannie. . it took forever. I lost wages and time seeing doctors for more than a year ( 1 year and 10 months) that , in my opinion , could have been less time if done correctly since the beginning. . at the end I did not even recover what I lost (monetarily speaking) and had to lived the frustration of knowing that who I chose to look after me was not the right person . very sad experience. I wouldn't recommend Morgan and Morgan , at least , the branch I worked with. think twice before you call them. It did not feel like they care about you. read more

I need assistance with a lawsuit for a wrongful death for my son. This law firm without saying the words basically said it wasn't fast enough money for them so they wouldn't take the case. Their advertisement when you call the firm is a forest. They only care about the powerful which is themselves. And small people like us are only way for them to become more powerful and if it's not fast enough money, then we are not worth it. read more

When my case got a little hard did morgan and morgan try at all, no they just dropped my case and the attorney was rude about it when I had questions and hung up in my face, now I see morgan and morgan only wants easy cut a dry cases, but if someone has to actually act like an attorney is over. I plan to tell everyone in my power on every platform about the service my family received in our time of need, and after dragging my case for 3 wasted months that could have been spent with an attorney that actually cared and willing to put in a little effort, so if your actually looking for a real attorney I suggest not going to morgan and morgan unless they feel is 1000% easy to handle. Also my attorney Andres in miami should be fired for hanging up in my face because I had questions that he could not answer. Morgan and Morgan was the absolute worse , and made my already horrible situation much worse! read more

A moment of Absolute Fear, then I called the 1-800 number, A moment later I'm represented by a team, which would eventually lead to knee surgery, Relief of the near future, and suddenly, the events prior to sharing the details of my injury, was regulated to Past Tense, because I took the time to read a REVIEW, like the one YOU are reading right NOW. Terrible people. They will answer you right away, then pay you 2 years later. They changed my case manager 3 times ( bc they quit), so they lost track of my case. I had to call a million times to get answers, And the case manager never ever answers the phone. You always have to leave a voice mail and they call you back 2 weeks later. The Therapy they referred me to was bad. Very disappointed read more

Morgan and Morgan, yeah, what a JOKE!! As soon as you sign, they will forget that you even exist. Do yourself a favor, find another attorney. When a person who doesn't exist calls, does what needs too do to put a workers compensation in forward motion. This individual, who doesn't exist calls to ask two simple questions. Each and every time a person who doesn't exist, calls, this opens a 24-36-72-96 hour and so on that they will never return a call. This is Julie from plantation office. Two simple questions, where and what to do with the surgeons notes and can I return to work. No return calls. ZERO STARS!!!!! read more

Hired Morgan & Morgan for a personal injury case, They don't work their own cases they sublease the case to another law firm and they never respond or respond very very late days even weeks later. They promise you the world they say they're the biggest and the best but really they are not they don't even work their own cases and sent me a letter months later after they took the case letting me know in a letter, not a phone call that they we're not going to be able to take the case. My advise is Find a smaller law firm that can deal with you personally. this Morgan and Morgan stuff is all a sham!!! Not satisfied and will never ever call them or recommend them. read more

Absolutely the best attorney to hire for worker's compensation is Ms. Lauren Smith. I had a horrible experience with a different and much smaller law firm in Fort Lauderdale. That attorney never advised me on anything. It wasn't until I fired that firm and hired Morgan and Morgan, I realized hiring a smaller law firm was a bad idea. This attorney literally took half of the attorney fee for work not performed . Mr. Wells never did anything . I felt the work Ms. Smith did in a month couldn't compare with what Mr. Wells did in eight. She literally fulfilled every request even when the insurance company was giving her a difficult time. And, deserves every penny that was owed for the service she provided. He should be ashamed of himself for even receiving half. I should have never went to that law firm . And, that experience left me fearful of even hiring a new attorney prior to contacting Morgan and Morgan. She did an amazing job, even though I still have pain I decided to settle cause the whole experience, just stressed me out physically and mentally. I'm grateful for this firm. Tina, Ms. Smith's paralegal assistant was very forth coming and so helpful. Every time, I had a concern either her, or her assistant --Julie would answer my questions if my attorney Ms. Smith was unavailable. I hope to never have to go through this process again, but if I know anyone who needs an attorney I will most certainly refer them to Morgan and Morgan. Appreciate the time and effort spent on my case, also for being patient with me . I know I was so skeptical after my previous experience. And may have been difficult at times . Thank you, again for your patience. read more

I had a Slip & Fall accident in early 2019 & called Morgan & Morgan. I was assigned to Zeb Goldstein. Due to the Covid Pandemic, we were forced to either rely on emails or Zoom meetings. In June 2020, we had our depositions via Zoom & then in August, we entered Mediation & were fortunately able to settle my case. As I await the final distribution, I'd like to thank Zeb Goldstein. He was extremely professional & even with his hands tied (Covid-19), he was able to settle my case. He was always available to "talk me off the ledge!" I'll be super happy to get my last check, but overjoyed to put this behind me! Thanks Zeb!! read more

I needed a consultation for an employment issue and every time I called or every time they called me I was left on hold forever and never got to speak with anyone except the call center. They boast that they have 1000's of support staff and over 500 attorneys yet it's simply impossible to speak with anyone. You can't even leave a message for an attorney to call you. Only the call center will call you then leave you on hold. They tell you it's only 1 or 2 minutes but it is at least 20 every time. If this is the first impression of the service you will receive from them then don't continue! read more

As a single parent for my teenage son and daughter our lives were devastated when I received lifetime permanent injuries paralyzing my right foot caused by the roots of a tree pushing up through the walkway at the entrance of my bank.. Doctors in the emergency room of the Cleveland clinic hospital in Weston said I looked more like I was involved in a motorcycle accident. As a chauffeur With my two children completely Dependent on me for everything it's not good when you're driving foot becomes paralyzed for life.. my family and friends recommended I contact the law office's of Morgan And Morgan to discuss my injuries and the cause of them.. That was the best advice and decision I ever made. I received a return call back immediately from Dan at their plantation office who after seeing the details of my injuries promised that their first main priority was to make me whole again physically and mentally. Needless to say Dan kept his word and made sure I received the best medical care including the best doctors to help with my mental stress from not being able to provide for my children suddenly.. I will tell you I could not of been in better hands. Dan Chicorie in the plantation office called me every week with updates and information regarding the progress of our case in the evidence he had discovered. My lawyer worked on Saturdays and did whatever it took to discover the evidence behind my injuries. I called this firm first because of the heart felt advertising from the Senior Partners. I could not have felt less important. I called regarding a slip and fall where I sustained a serious injury. That was Jan 2019 and I am still recovering. When I called I spoke with a screener not once but 2 or 3 times. They asked for a significant amount of info. Then after a few days I received a call from one of the lawyers, who left a message to call him back. When I did I got another screener who looked up my case and told me they were not interested in taking the case but suggested I call someone else and would I like a list of other legal firms. I asked if he could tell me why they declined the case and was told he didn't know. I found that very unprofessional, I gave them a lot of personal info but was not important enough to give me their expertise. Very disappointed. Beware of their adds. read more
