The communication between this firm with lenders, buyers, and sellers are definitely the reason why I would never recommend this firm. From paralegal to receptionist, the lawyers were not on top of their clients, and had poor turnaround time with other lawyers in the area. One of the partners on the letterhead actually lied to me when he was just trying to get my signature on his documents and caused more grief, tension, and bitterness in the end between all parties. There are too many RE lawyers in the area to use, and for much less billable. I would never recommend this law firm, and they need to have a course in sensitivity training and people skills.

John is the son of the infamous late Senator David Locke of Wellesley, .. a man I greatly admire. John is a down to earth, caring, responsive, fair, real Man. Someone who actually answers his own phone, Won't leave you hanging but treat you with the respect of a family member. I've used his services a few times and could not more highly recommend anyone. John has built a quality team "Locke, Fullerton & Lundwall" that would make his Dad proud. This is an old school trained practice where Senator Locke was seen in the office until his untimely passing.
