Gina Braza - Lawyer out of Milford, MA In January my Husband and I were starting to look for a single family home as we currently own a 2 family in Franklin Ma. We found a great house in Southbridge and though it ended up being a short sale, thats not where the problems were. Our Real Estate Agent, Johnny Wariebi recommended his wife as a mortgage broker as it would streamline communications, etc. We thought, what harm could it do....turns out...plenty of harm to many. We were preapproved in February to keep our current home and rent out both units and purchase the Southbridge house. 4 days before our closing date (4 months later) we are told we are not eligible for financing. The Sellers moved from MA to FL as the wife is dying of terminal cancer, our new tenants moving up from S. Carolina w/ their 10mth old son had to be told 1 week before moving into our unit they couldn't have the apartment now that we werent moving. Not only was there major negligence on the Mortgage Broker and Banks part but the Sellers Lawyer; Gina Braza out of Milford MA thought it necessary to unload on ME about the sellers sickness as it was my intention to cause this family any pain. Its been a horrible experience and one I hope no one goes through but hoping if someone is about to work with any of these groups that they see my review. Best of luck read more
