The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and one of the best features is the indoor vacuum area. After your car goes through the wash, you pull inside where it's warm (they have heaters), and everything you need is right there. You can vacuum, clean your mats, and take care of all the finishing touches without freezing--huge plus, especially in colder weather. My daughter visited over the holidays, and because we're members, we were able to get her car a very thorough cleaning for just $10, which felt like an incredible value. Service is always friendly and helpful, and we've never had to wait long in line. Pro Clean makes it easy, affordable, and comfortable to keep your car clean. Dozens upon dozens of trash bags have been hauled in my car as well as dirty cardboard boxes and dusty heirlooms. Additionally I have had my two dogs in the car, quite a bit, as well. There fur is short, dance, and slightly coarse. In other words, it's sticks to everything. EVERYTHING. Not to mention, it is the middle of winter, so therefore the interior is dirty from ice salt and melted snow grime. While the interior of my car did not look like something from a mad Max movie, it was pretty close. However, after Steve returned it to me it sparkled. Literally, it looked better than the day I drove it off the car dealership, brand new. He was an excellent communicator, letting me know when he was leaving his shop, letting me know when he got to my office, letting me know when he was on his way back. From start to finish, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to have the interior of the car detailed. He also washed the car before he returned it, even though I only paid to have the interior detailed. That was awesome.

I opted for a $9 soft-touch wash, which includes the wax coat. It took me a bit to figure out how to select my wash, as it required you enter money before you could select the specific wash. After paying, I proceeded into the wash with strong jets that took me by surprise upon immediately entering. After in position, though, the arms went around my car and appeared to not be spraying any water. I was getting a light coating from above, but not along the sides. Shortly after, full soap and jets kicked in, giving my car a good wash, but it is still unclear to me whether or not the arms were working correctly at the start. I'll probably try it again the next time my car needs a wash, but perhaps a cheaper wash level.

Took advantage of their free trial to see how they perform as the reviews here aren't favorable, though most likely only angry people leave review. True to their name, the wash was quick. Most of the bug gunk on my windshield was removed and my red car shines. The negatives are that many bugs on my front plate remain, there's still some bird droppings on my hood, and the dirt on my wheels is now streaky. The touchless car washes I frequent in MN seem to do a better job than the many scrubbers in this wash. I will say that I was worried that the scrubbers would bend my front plate, but that didn't happen. UPDATE: The subscription I signed up for let me go through a second time, which is great! However, the bugs on my plate and bird droppings are still present. The bird droppings are not that noticeable, but there are still remnants. Not sure I'd be okay with $43 a month (highest tier package) for a service that isn't as comprehensive for a long road trip clean up. Local every day washes seem to be great tho.

The workers here acted just like us CAR GUYS do in Detroit: They cared about the end result.
