I called the company multiple times to confirm my appt because I never heard back. Calls went straight to voicemail and I left multiple voicemails. I messaged the company on yelp again and they responded that they can't schedule my appt anymore because they don't " service that area anymore". My appt was scheduled almost a month ago and it's supposed to be in 6 days. I wish they would've communicate this to me when the appt was scheduled.

The crew that came to the house were super nice and professional. What was deceiving is that they mention a flat rate on the messages and then add extras on top of it. Also, I had to show them the screenshot of the 20% discount mentioned on Yelp for them to honor it. The cleaning was good, except that we had one spot that didn't come out on our sofa. I called them to come redo it and they said they would do so, but said that would call back to schedule for a redo and never called back. Hopefully was a misunderstanding from their part.
