What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... I appreciate how responsive and flexible they were, speedy, same day service. They use Suntek tint and I went with ceramic 70/20/15 front and rear. I've never used Suntek before but I thought I'd try it. It's day two and the film is settling and adhering well. The front windshield has a hazy hue at the moment but as it cures hopefully it goes away. we'll see how it holds up over time. For now the IR and performance is very similar to my old car (same model) different tint.

I appreciated her consultative assistance in helping me choose the right brand and VLT for my needs. The process only took about an hour. It's now day four, and I see tiny dots (air bubbles?), a lot of streaking and hazy/cloudy-looking windows. I've never had my windows tinted before so I'm hoping that this is part of the curing process because it looks a bit dirty. That being said, I must comment on how things were done. The person/people who performed the service did not cover my doors, and the solution that was sprayed created a sloppy mess of white spots on the fabric and residual drip stains on the interior of both front doors. I'm certain that this is NOT standard practice. I haven't yet rolled my windows down and now I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully the solution didn't drain inside my windows. I traveled a long distance to this merchant solely because my family recommended it. Now I'm disappointed over something that was completely avoidable. Here's hoping it's promptly alleviated. Mr. Lee gave me some great suggestions and showed me the different tints on his own car -medium on the front sides, dark on the rear sides, and limo on the back window, and I liked the look so I went with the same options.
