From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. I received four quotes and shared my situation in the same way with all of them. Mr. Electric was the first one to respond, and I liked their quote so much that I almost canceled the appointments with the other companies. Sure enough, Mr. Electric offered the best quote out of the four. I received a grant for $5,000 to fix the power in my 110-year-old home. I always felt my house was not wired safely, and after my dishwasher started smoking and the fires in California, my anxiety doubled. Mr. Electric's quote was originally a little over $9,000, while the other three were between $11,000 to $13,000 and did not offer any assistance. The quotes happened after Christmas, and I felt this was my Christmas miracle because I thought it wouldn't be possible with the amount of money I had available. Here is what they wrote on the quote I received from them, which really touched my heart: "The price reduction is Mr. Electric's effort to support the community, especially during the holiday season. We offer reduced prices to demonstrate our commitment to helping those in need and strengthening our reputation as an honest service company. Community support initiatives can make a significant difference in people's lives, and it's our duty to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes." Just this statement alone is enough to show how incredible they are. The technicians, Kacey, Austin, Zac, and Chris (the owner), arrived promptly and were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided a clear and fair estimate. Throughout the entire process, they displayed a high level of expertise and skill, ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards. What truly stood out was the quality of the work. The technicians were meticulous in their approach, ensuring that every detail was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the results and even provided helpful tips for maintaining the electrical systems in my home. Mr. Electric's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. They delivered on their promises and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for anyone in need of reliable and professional electrical services. Their exceptional work and dedication to their customers are truly unmatched. I finally got my system up and running after a process made very difficult by my electrical company - Xcel Colorado. We…read moreworked with them on several significant projects, including a new addition, bathroom and deck area to our existing home. From the beginning, it was clear that Tim takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and pays close attention to every detail - he is a very skilled craftsman and has a great vision for how the space will come together. The care through each step of the project exceeded our expectations, and we didn't feel rushed or overlooked. Our remodel involved some complicated logistics, including intense structural details, using a crane for beams, materials and machinery, as well as working around the existing layout and passive house standards of our home. We changed a few major decisions before we started the project and Tim was supportive and willing to brainstorm with us on how we could best get what we were looking for in terms of feel and function. He kept everything organized from start to finish, was very transparent with us, communicating each step clearly and outlining pros and cons of any decision we needed to make. Après Build also uses a great project management software, sharing regular work reports, photos, files and communication all in one place. Tim was receptive to our questions and ideas, offering thoughtful recommendations while respecting our preferences and budget, taking extra time and care to explain things to us in ways we could understand. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy general contractor team!

Tim's knowledge, care, and communication amazed us from day one. Most importantly his passion matched and at times exceeded ours throughout the build. His care for our budget and the time he spent to find alternatives was instrumental in finishing the project. Tim's expertise in both the big picture and the small minute detail was evident from our first conversation, and continued to the completion of the project. His extensive knowledge led to numerous ideas that made our project better than we possibly could imagine. His communication method which included daily updates on a user friendly app were much appreciated and really put us to ease that the project was moving forward. No one EVER showed up and I was given excuse after excuse.
