For odd jobs, he charges by the hour and for materials, etc., but then will quote an estimate for a larger job, like our pass through. He was timely in responding, although was backed up for the pass through job, but we weren't in any rush. We did need an electrician to move some boxes and wiring for us, and Gerry recommended someone trustworthy and local who came that weekend to help get our project moving forward. We did have an issue with an outside pipe on a water faucet that leaked again after the winter, but Gerry came and fixed it no charge in the spring when we were ready to use it again. Bottom line: he's nice, reliable, and wants to put his name on quality work. Update, 06/2017: the outside hose line was leaking again so we called a real plumber who said we needed to replace the copper pipe and shouldn't have had Gerry use the shark bite tubing outside since it would have just kept cracking every year.

I plan to team up with his teams on some commercial larger projects. NCCG can show up with the materials and finish a project without being cash poor. Which is big deal to keep projects moving fast. They are extremely picky who they will work for as sub-contractors. I am lucky to earned their trust! I feel at peace knowing I have a team of Pro's that care about the finish product and details most cents never even think about in reality. I tried a recommendation from a friend and this contractor delayed getting back to me for a week (after saying he'd call that night) and then said he didn't have time (I think because he thought the job was too small). I called Charlie of CG Meyers, and he was prompt to get back to me within minutes and even was able to get me a very reasonable estimate that night. Charlie fit me into his schedule within a week. Upon arriving, we discussed the projects thoroughly again to make sure I was satisfied with the plan. The two jobs were completed in a few hours and when Charlie was done, he cleaned the area thoroughly. I was, my wife was as well, completely satisfied with his work. In the long run, the other handyman service and a previous one I used before didn't realize they were on a tryout for larger jobs in the future that my wife and I have planned. They lost out on the $$$$. I plan to use Charlie for all future jobs due to he's professionalism, pride in his work and his overall friendly personality.

He confirmed our appointment, followed up when I failed to and was on time! Work: Mark did a fantastic job replacing the drains on my sink and clearing up a slow drain. He also promised me he would move the extra stones to where the retaining wall is from another job we hired him for but left them there on the street! Communication sucks as well. He should be keeping in touch with his customers not his customers having to reach out to him all the time. After completing the French drain work, they left my yard a mess! Joey told me he would move the tree wood to wherever we wanted and the extra stones we could use for around the pool area but they left it there.
