They have an outstanding website as far as learning about their investments. So the IT staff needs a five stars for designing a stellar website that is incredibly user-friendly. It is a little bit tricky getting to their office since it's in downtown so don't get discouraged. It is very easy to get a hold of their support staff. I have checked out Fidelity and Fidelity has very poor customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone needing financial services to check them out.

I paid fully all my monthly transactions. I am also joining the unsatisfied customers with that mobile bank which continuously made mistakes providing me inaccurate information on the phone. Even either the supervisor or manager I spoke to made mistakes for bank basic question issues. I spent endless hours on the phone. Yes they provided me with compensation but I was not looking for that kind of response. My time is valuable and I deserve to receive accurate information. The branch located downtown Fort Lauderdale provided me with the wrong wire #. I requested the international one and I got the domestic one. I did not get the funds on time even if the transaction was free. I was there in person in order to avoid any issues but it did not help. Staff are not well and longer trained to service the customers. I won't recommend that bank to my best friends.
