I have parked here twice in the 2 months on a weekend. First time - volunteering and was given a code to scan for free parking by the Westin, as were the attendees. Parkwell (the owner) refused to accept them, despite being the issuer. Trying to call them via the call box went unanswered and the Westin could do nothing. So, had to pay, despite the code, and try to contact Parkwell for a refund. No response after multiple attempts. Dec 7, 2024 - posted rate was $8 when I parked at 3:53 PM. When I left around 10:30, I was charged $20. There was a very unprofessional guy there, with his teenage son no less, that apparently worked for Parkwell. When I finally got his attention he said it was a rate due to Parade of Lights - which I had no idea was happening. I asked when he put the signs out - he stated between 4 and 4:30. I said I got there before that and the rate on the board was $8. His response - he put them out when he felt like it because he did not want to be there all day, and it was not his problem. Nice. Multiple attempts to contact Parkwell (Cole finally replied). He did not even read my issue correctly and this resulted in multiple back and forths. Finally, after providing my entry ticket he confirmed that the signs went up at 4:15, after I went in, but (suddenly CYA) the machines were updated at 2:30/ They were not. It said $8 when I pulled in. And, if you know this ramp - it is impossible to back up and pull out with its wavy, downward configuration. Complete bait and switch. They frequently raise the rate, but don't update signs. They do the same at Writer Square. Avoid this lot and ANY lot associated with Parkwell.

I jumped in the back of Jamil's clean and polished Lincoln Town Car was an improved experience from the small, dirty cab I arrived to town in.
