They didn't call us at the scheduled time but called us at a completely different time. Then we called them back and got to talk to them but the phone died and called them right back and they said they'd call us back but didn't. Pretty much it was like chasing them down by phone and when I told them we didn't want to deal with the same problem we were dealing with, with the workers comp company, they said they'd leave a message for the office manager and we never heard back from them. My mother had sustained cumulative trauma from a factory she had been working for 20 years. Where to begin....I rate this so called "attorney" a negative 100 on a scale of 100. Behind the facade of the diploma and suit, he is a straight up disrespectful prick. This was ongoing for months and for all of you that are in pain from being injured at work and you take the time to hire an attorney to fight for your rights but instead you are told by the attorney that is going to get paid for his services, that you need to handle the doctor side of the case on your own, is mind boggling. This is a follow up from my first review back from 3/30/18. This is our story and I hope you read this all the way through you won't be sorry...I first met with Raj March of 2018 as I was being represendted by another lawyer who was a very bad and awful lawyer. From the first meeting I knew Raj was going to take care of me. Going to warn you though, Raj is straight out and to the point he does not sugar coat anything but he fights for his clients. I know this because he fought for me! Workers comp is a broken system and if you're trying to do this by yourself good luck, that is what I did at first. Then I went with a lawyer that was recommended to me and to say he was horrible is an extreme under statement. I figured I had to stay with this horrible lawyer since I already signed with him, but people if you're not happy with a lawyer who is representing you, you can change lawyers. Almost a year later I had the best news possible, my case is over and Raj was there for me every step of the way. Here is another thing....Raj did not get any% fee from my case, the 15% went to the other horibale lawyer that was representing me at first, Raj more than deserved the 15% and more, all that said it did not change how Raj handled my case and fought for me. This is what I mean that he truly fights for his clients. I was so UPSET! when I heard that Raj was not getting his cut for representing me for my workers comp case because he DESERVED every penny of that! Raj is a good HONEST man and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! so if you're reading this review trying to decide which lawyer you should call to represent you, don't look any further call Raj Patel he will fight for you!!!
