I have nothing more to add... it's all in the initial review, so I don't need to repeat the story. As far as "setting it right", I won't return for another wash/wax. My car is scratched, the service was poor, so I don't want another wash/wax, free or not. I was offered a month of free washes & didn't return once. If you want to offer a refund, as I said in the original review, I paid cash so have no proof that I paid for the $22 service. I don't know how else you can help but thank you for responding. Maybe just talk to your employees about soliciting customers for services outside of the business. It's unprofessional. And, show them how to use the apps & software cuz it took 20-30 minutes for him to figure out he'd used the wrong email address for me. The entire experience was highly irritating.
