I can't speak for the building as a whole, but the cafeteria? What a gem! If you're looking for a…read morecafe to grab some lunch, look no further! It's cheap, tasty, and full of ever changing options. I recently completed a training at the BP Energy Center (see review) and they gave us meal cards with 15 dollars a day to the cafeteria. And let me tell you, I never spent my full 15 a day. I could get soup, sandwich, salad, and a drink, all for under 15. The SETUP: Grilled Sandwich Station: Here one will find burger options with choice of sweet potato or regular fries. There was a different special here in addition to the chicken tenders, veggie burgers, bacon cheeseburgers, and beyond. The Potato Bar Section: Every day I was there I could choose between a Yukon gold or sweet potato. The toppings WERE ON POINT. So many options like butter, sugar, cheese (shredded and nacho), broccoli, bacon, scallions, and the list goes on. The Question Mark Section (as I decided to name it): A section that changes every day. I saw it contain tasty looking pizzas (at least 8 varieties), Chinese food, and yummy gyros. I'll be making my back to this place for lunch if I'm in Anchorage during the day. Easy choice.

I used to work on the 7th floor until my company moved to the Centerpoint Building on 36th. One…read morething that I miss about being in this building is the cafeteria. For 5 bucks you can get a pretty decent meal and drink and the food was always fresh. I really miss this option as the Centerpoint option is a Kaladi's and they price gouge the heck out of you.

Paul H. is an excellent instructor who not only answered my questions, but expounded on each event I may encounter on the job. He allowed me time to familiarize myself with the equipment, and gave tasks to ensure I was comfortable performing them. They truly go above and beyond. Thanks Paul!

Upon speaking to the director, (Lovdahl), the student was told he wasn't allowed to use their school anymore, was told he was "making things up", and was offered nothing to compensate for lost time and money. Lovdahl was unwilling to explain why points were docked in violation of printed rules, and offered no apology for the unprofessional behavior of his employee. I am willing to vouch for the absolute honesty of this student, as are several other members of this community. Do not choose this school if you want to be treated ethically! Choose NIT in Palmer instead, unless you enjoy being bilked out of your last unemployment dollars, and blatantly told you can't do anything about it. I think an investigation by the business owner would be in order.
