i wouldn't go back here !! a few weeks ago we got our riding mower back after it had been at roy's for 3 weeks !! immediately i was disappointed, the smoking it was doing was still there, they didn't do a tune-up, which i told them i wanted ! and now we were having a hard time starting it, and the parking brake was broken now. so i sent roy a message and they came and picked it up the next day. now my mower will be gone for who knows how long...again !! so 4 days later i sent roy a text message just to see if he had any news on my mower, he had the nerve to get an attitude with me ! so i simply said can you just give me a time frame on how long it will be...again !!!! he never responded !! so don't go here if you would like an intelligent owner who knows how to communicate with his customers about their property being repaired ! especially considering you're forking out your hard earned money for repairs !! and also considering they broke the parking brake and didn't fix it, oh yeah...and it didn't want to start when i got it back either...just a minor detail i guess. and they definitely didn't take any responsibility for it either !!! read more
