When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. He didn't charge me for anything, and he was very generous in explaining and giving me more information about how to store my data these days and available resources safely. This Best Buy that has been on the west side of town for many many years was at one time a hotspot. I remember years past at Christmas time you could not pull in the parking lot. Now this was back before online shopping and Amazon Prime were a thing. People flocked to this Best Buy. Games. CDs. DVDs. Gameboys. Now this location has tons of bigger ticket items. And mainly cell phone stations. We were there for a new iPad, cover, and case -- as well as a Chromecast or Firestick. My mom found the iPad and accessories she wanted and I went and grabbed the firestick. The guy that helped mom was super knowledgeable and able to get everything she needed with ease. If you're touting yourselves as Apple Specialists that have been in the business for 30 years, you may want to update your practices and experiences those 3 decades to the current day knowledge that your customers deserve. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than "Best Buy's geek squad" My Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting "update" emails from Matthew. Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadn't expired, that I could use it & when it does expire. He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. After moving to another town I decided to try other repair stores in the local area and they looked like motley fools compared to Tony. Even I knew more than them. In addition to all this, he doesn't charge too much. Very affordable compared to all those other places that claim to know computer repair.
