They offer boarding, day care, and grooming, but their grooming services are the real star. I've never walked into a place so impeccably clean--every surface gleams, every tool is spotless, and it immediately puts my mind at ease. I always insist on having my pups groomed by Matt. Watching him work is like witnessing a true artist in action. He'll take a scruffy, stinky little ball of fur and turn it into a show-quality French Poodle cut--seriously, you'd think he was prepping them for a national competition. In just three hours, he calms my two Miniature Schnauzers (who absolutely hate getting groomed), manages their anxiety, and somehow coaxes them into perfect cooperation. When I pick them up, they're perfectly sanitized and coiffed down to every whisker. It's clear that Dog Days Daycare holds itself to the highest standards of cleanliness and care--no stray hairs, no overlooked nicks, just two happy, fresh-smelling pups ready to strut their stuff. That consistency makes it easy to trust them completely. Robin, the owner, is just as wonderful. She's always friendly on the phone, transparent about pricing, and genuinely cares about each dog that comes through the door. Between Robin's warmth and Matt's undeniable talent, I always feel like my babies are in the best hands. The transformation is nothing short of miraculous. My Miniature Schnauzers emerge spicy, sassy, and so proud of their fresh looks that they practically prance their way home. They might dread the grooming appointment, but they live for the attention they get afterward--strutting the neighborhood and charming every passerby. I'll never take my pups anywhere else. TOXIC AND VERY HOSTILE WORKPLACE!!!! My daughter has been an…read moreexceptional employee at this place since October 2024. Suddenly about 2 months ago, she began to be harassed by the owner ROBIN BLAIR all because she removed herself from a group chat that was created to gossip, spit out drama, but nothing really meaningful or edifying came from it; so my daughter, being the mature young adult she is, removed herself from it. Boy did that not sit well with ROBIN. Ever since then, her life has been made miserable by other staff members as well. The uneducated, barely-can-speak English "supervisor" JEANETTE RYBAK, who by the way, is the rudest, most belligerent human being I've ever met at any of the places my daughter has worked at. Lacks supervisory and professional skills, she is the "dog trainer" who is NOT EVEN CERTIFIED, smokes around the dogs, throws things at them when "training". Then there is ALICIA VARRONE: an old lonely woman who started instigating against my daughter and another young woman because "they don't talk to me" So basically you have 3 grown women ganging up on two 24-something year old girls because they choose to ignore her. So, Tuesday 5/29 my daughter was wrongfully terminated after not even being written up once EVER or given any verbal warning, by the belligerent "supervisor" JEANETTE RYBAK!!! All because my daughter called her out in the group chat for being RUDE, And no, I'm not just imagining this...I WAS THERE IN PERSON. I went in to try to get a picture of what is going on and she immediately turned into the rudest crap you've ever encountered at any workplace, started shouting and told my daughter "leave, get out". This woman spends more time in her home country (Germany, hence the rudeness I guess) than she spends at the workplace, but still wants to talk down to employees as if they don't deserve respect. I then proceeded to call the OWNER: ROBIN BLAIR to discuss what is going on there. To this date, she has not responded to my calls or texts. You would think as the "owner" that she'd be interested in upholding a good reputation for her business, but clearly that is not her intent. VICTIMS: unfortunately, not everyone speaks up about the working conditions at Dog Days Daycare. An older gentleman gets treated like literal crap; another young woman Julia C, was also wrongfully terminated just like my daughter was. Lindsay B., a former Asst. Mgr. quit because of Jeanette's actions and behaviors as "manager". ROBIN BLAIR: the owner with no backbone or leadership style. JEANETTE RYBAK: "supervisor" with no skills, rude as hell, can barely speak English, antagonizing, a bully, lacks so much professionalism, not a true CERTIFIED dog trainer....ohhh and smokes around your dogs!!! ALICIA VARRONE: instigator who lacks customer service skills and people (customers) complain about her all the time and is DISCRIMINATING against my daughter and another young lady who still works there!!! VALERIA HIRSCH: this one wins the medal. She's the a$$-kisser who plays the good friend role until she feels threatened by the magic and wonderfulness of other employees, especially if they're female, then turns into the award-winning back-stabbing witch!!! WARNING: in 80+ degree weather, there is no AC for the employees or the dogs in the back house. So imagine, if this is how they treat the humans who care for your furry pet, imagine then how they treat the animals!!!!!! She took her time for my dogs to get use to her. She definitely knows her craft very well. Pat even took some time to explain how I should train my pup for his next haircut.
