Working with Tyler Boening with the Rockwell Group was one of the most frustrating and…read moredisheartening experiences we've ever had. From the beginning, he made grand promises--telling us exactly what we wanted to hear, swearing everything would go smoothly, and insisting we wouldn't lose money. But it was all smoke and mirrors. Tyler talks a big game to win your trust, then vanishes the moment things get difficult. He left us stranded when we needed him most, and his lack of follow-through ended up costing us a significant amount of money--money he explicitly promised we wouldn't lose. To make it worse, my husband is sick, a fact Tyler knew and exploited to get his paycheck. He told us he loved us, loved our family and would never let anything happen to us but we haven't heard a peep after the damage he's caused. We were relying on Tyler to do his job with some basic professionalism and integrity. Instead, he brought stress, confusion, and financial damage we couldn't afford. This wasn't just bad service; it was careless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. If you're looking for a real estate agent you can actually count on, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was referred to Jen by a trusted friend in the San Francisco Bay Area. I think I have thanked my…read morefriend for the referral about ten times. Jen Annen was amazing for our our triplex sale. She is experienced, knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and is able to keep track of all the many details needed for a real estate sale. She showed diplomacy toward our renter who didn't like being disturbed, my co-owner who had generated quite the cat-urine odor problem, and the folks who wanted to buy it with their own specific requests and requirements. Her attention to detail is bar none. She also showed so much patience when having to follow up on things we needed to get done, and in understanding the history of the building. She negotiated hard for us, in so many ways, with grace and firmness. I never once doubted that she was in our corner. Our sale was not without pitfalls--none of her making, to be sure!--and she was able to steer us around and through them with aplomb. We had an offer that failed its financial contingency, and she was able to follow up with another interested party and turn it into the offer we ended up accepting and closing. As with all good realtors, she knew the right people to go to in order to get things done efficiently and well. I recommend her very, very highly.

Allie was very helpful in dealing with an out of state buyer and coordinated a video tour of the home and gave tours to family as we weren't able to make the trip north to initially view the home. Marla was excellent in keeping us on track with the many deadlines and documents that needed to be signed and for educating first time home owners about the entire buying process. Patie came in toward the end of the process helping us navigate the inspection and subsequent negotiations. She successfully helped us negotiate with the buyer to reinforce the foundation of our house as it was on a slope and had experienced some significant settling. In the end, we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase thanks to Patie and would recommend her office unconditionally for anyone hoping to purchase a home in the Ashland/Medford area.

We've just closed on the sale of our house in Ashland, thanks to Patie and her team. One of Patie's…read moremany strengths is the ability to price a property. This can be difficult without a lot of comparable sales, which was our case. Patie established a very accurate value. Above our previous try, but one that brought a buyer the day we put it on the market. The other key is matching buyers with properties. She's a whiz at leading buyers to properties that align with their personalities. And Patie brings a relaxed sense of humor to what can be a stressful process, too. Our only issue was that Patie needed more assistance to help her handle all the business she was doing. Looks like she's got that handled with some recent hiring.
