I give Yemily 4 stars and not 5 because of their time management. I told them they had to be finished by a certain time, and she did not understand. I had to stop them in what they were doing and redirect them to other priorities as I realized things would not be completed by the time I needed the service to be finished. Since they were 15 minutes late to the agreed upon appointment they did not finish cleaning what was expected.
