We came in on Friday expecting to enjoy the event, but it was a very disappointing experience. It wasn't even busy, yet the service was some of the worst we've experienced. Servers were standing around talking to each other and on their phones instead of checking on tables. Our server was standing at the kitchen entrance on her phone, and when it was finally time to leave, it took over 30 minutes just to get our check. The table behind us was also getting frustrated with how long everything was taking. We understand that restaurants can have busy nights, but this wasn't one of them. When there are only a few tables and staff are standing around, there really isn't an excuse for such poor service. I have been driving by this place for years and finally decided to stop in this summer. I have…read moremade a few trips back since. They have 4 cages that all do baseball, fastpitch softball, and slowpitch. Speed is anywhere from 40-70. They have the basic assortment of bats if you need to use one. I never had to wait for a cage. When there has been a jam or an issue attendants have been pretty good about fixing it right away or giving you giving you a token to move to another cage. If you go here for slowpitch you probably will have to adjust the pitch height. Everytime I have had to move it down quite a bit. For fun I hit baseballs. It's a batting cage, nothing really different than anywhere else. The low speed is 40mph, so it may be too fast for young kids. I'd recommend finding a 30 or 35mph cage for them. I see advertisements for clinics, never done one.

This time it was a disaster. Completely overrun by little kids who treated the course like a playground. Some had parents who were present and not trying to keep any order. An employee walked through and did nothing. If I was looking for a jungle gym for my small children, ok, but DO NOT COME HERE TO PLAY A ROUND OF MINI GOLF. You can't!

The kitchen went out of its way to accommodate a challenging dietary restriction, which I truly appreciated.
