To make matters worse, they spilled what looked like close to two quarts of oil all over the dirt on the property and made no effort to properly clean it up or take responsibility, instead they tried to conceal it by kicking dirt on it and then left it. That's not tacky its highly inappropriate. Communication was just as bad. We had to chase them down for days to get the report, after clearly written instructions to the company. After raising these concerns, the company promised a follow-up call to take care of things that never happened. Completely blew us off. Then the invoice showed up hundreds higher than expected, pushing close to $1,000, including nearly $400 just for the inspection. For the level of service provided, that pricing is hard to justify. After 21+ years in this business across two states, this is easily one of the worst vendor experiences I've dealt with. Poor execution, poor communication, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

We are having an issue with our septic system, and after searching through yelp, waters vacuum truck seem to be the right fit. I made an appointment for Friday between noon and 2 PM. Tevaris showed up about 12:45 PM and I told him some of the issues. Slow drain. It has been a couple years since our tank was dumped however, the drain is consistently slow. I made an appointment for a septic dump and video of the septic system to see what the issue was. After about 45 minutes, Tevaris informed me that he was done dumping the septic. They asked him if he did the video and he told me that he knows there's a problem with the leach field, and I needed to have it evaluated and it was better not to do the video yet as it would have to be done after the evaluation anyway. A lot of companies would've done what you requested. Did not let you know that it would've been a waste. Tevaris was informative, professional, and generally put me at ease. He told me that it was Friday and I could not get an appointment until Monday however he would put it as a priority so we could find out what was going on. Great service, hard for me to talk about the value as $495 to dump. Pacific tank is hard to deal with however it has to be done. I'm thankful that he saved me some money and we will see you at the next stages. So far so good

Ryan gave me a quote that was significantly better than some other local companies, and was able to come out and fix it immediately. They promised they'd be there at 7am and be done by 3 the next day - and they held to their word! They came out, relined my sewer, installed a clean out, and covered up the hole by 3pm, even hauling away the big rocks they dug up. They did such a great job that I just hired them to repipe all the plumbing in my crawl space and yet again, they gave me a super reasonable bid and were 100% true to their word. This time a crew of 2 younger guys came out - they were extremely polite, got the job done in the time promised, and cleaned up and were on their way out in a day! Plumbing issues are a massive pain in the butt but these guys do live up to their names - they made the whole thing EASY. Every single employee I have interacted with from Liz in the office, Ryan giving bids, and now 3 other service guys have been amazing - super friendly and kind. This even includes the guy who came out at 7pm on a Sunday to clear the line when I first had the issue - nothing but amazing people work here. The issues came from everything else that was done. They took down the old fence to gain access-not a problem, I gave them the ok because they were going to replace it. But shortly after they finished, we had a moderatly big wind storm that knocked it over. On examination, they dug the posts less than 6 inches deep, and didnt mix the concrete, so it was mostly still powder- im not going to mention the lack of straight it was. Ill give Jake credit for reimbursement when I redid it. The biggest gripe I have is the excess gravel that they had after the wall was done, and what was done with it. When I left for work in the morning, there was a mound of rocks and bare dirt (I wanted bare ground due to landscaping plans that I had). When I came home the WHOLE yard had 2 ft of gravel spread across it. Not dips and mounds of 2 foot patches, 2 FEET across the whole of it. I told him the next morning it needed to be gone. He asked what he should do with it (I didnt order it and I had no plans for 5-8 yards of rock anywhere in the yard), so i suggested putting it behind the wall as its vacant land. He moved a majority of it, probably 85%, but the 15% that remains is still ridiculously in the way. So today as I try to pick up dog poop out of the 15% of rock in my yard that I didnt request, I decided to take a break and write this review. I was going to omit the killing of the tree that I spend a fair chunk of change on, or the hole in the roof, but while im here and reminiscing...Jake was nice enough, but his crew treated me like a schmuck.
