Horrible customer service This company bought out Southwest…read morePool Covers two months ago. When we bought the cover it came with a 7 year vinyl fabric warranty. We contacted them because our cover was showing extensive solar deterioration after four years. They sent out a tech who agreed the material was prematurely degraded and should be covered. Cover Care's customer service rep instead stated they WERE NOT HONORING WARRANTIES! If we wanted coverage we would have to deal with the factory directly. Assuming they agreed to replace we would have to cover shipping and labor. Cover care quoted a new replacement showing $400 install. To install a warranty replacement would be almost double that. They bought SW Cover's business but not their responsibilities. If you have a SW Cover install (and I guess from another review Mossman too) you are SOL. I'll be checking with the state consumer protection agency on what recourse we might have.
