When I asked if we could sit at a table to paint a mug that would take no longer than 30 minutes, the lady stared at me and said only after she cleaned one table. She then proceeded to clean the table for 15 minutes as my two children (who I was trying to contain) were picking up all the pottery. The older lady then scolded my two year old. If she would have sat us at one of the other 20 empty tables my two year old would have been busy. Save your money on a company that puts customers first. NOT this place. Three thumbs down.

If you cannot find something in the shop that suits your needs, they will search for what you may be interested in and special order it without any additional charges. They refused to exchange because I had wrote my name in it when I first got it expecting that it was a perfectly good and new Bible. I believe they sell resused items and I am most of all disappointed in their customer service and lack of sympathy for the matter ( ie gift card , exchange, or refund). In the future I will stick with Amazon or, Michaels or TJ Maxx, and encourage anyone else who shops there to do the same .
