And the lady on the phone told me she will connect me with someone nearby. A few mins later I get a call from Dorrant. Very polite and well-mannered. Told he me he will get around a certain time and he did. He has the hands of a god. His ever so gently turns to my safe worked like magic. But anytime I did it. Didn't work. Smh. But he was very quick. In and out in 30-40 mins and that's because he had to teach me how to use the safe. Haha.

When I called and described the sitution he knew what the problem was. When he arrived he went right to work fixing both the front and back doors. I highly recommend Dorrant and will use him again when needed.

We can agree having to call any company to get automotive help is a fucking stressful time…read more Recently I lost a key fob for my car, and after nearly getting gouged by 5 different "locksmiths" and then 3 more didn't show up, I was to ready to wage goddamn war on this industry. Then I get a call from this locksmith Ivan from Los amigos. Ivan is the fucking example the rest of the industry needs to have when it comes to professionalism and service. Ivan called on time, showed up on time, provided several solutions based upon the information we had, and then went above and beyond when those solutions didn't pan out. I'm considering just having locks installed in unnecessary places just so Ivan can get business. In this shitty consumer market where we're all bombarded with rotating iPads asking for unearned compensation, hidden fees, surcharges, idiot and incompetent customer service reps, places like Los Amigos and Ivan shouldn't have much competition, and I'd highly encourage you to use them

Upon arrival they informed me that they lost the key to their safe. It goes without saying they were distressed and unsure of what service they could trust in their home. I did some research and came across Palm Beach Locksmith and they were AMAZING! It was a seamless process from start to finish. They answered all of my questions with an exceptional amount of patience and expertise. My technician Joe was responsive, punctual and communicated each step of the process in real -time. He was so personable with my parents and it put them at ease. Breaking into a large safe is a messy job. Joe was mindful of keeping the process as tidy as possible without compromising the contents of the safe. Most importantly he was discreet and highly professional when I needed to empty the contents. I cannot emphasize enough how polished, professional, confidential and efficient this service was. They are really well priced. Thank you Joe so much for all that you do and a great customer experience!
