My experience was absolutely AWFUL!!! I brought my 2 daughters in for a mani and pedi for our Disney trip coming up! They did my 1 daughters Mani & it did turn out good, they put her in pedi chair & neglected to tell me that she is "TOO SHORT" but we waited for over an hour waiting for them to say anything! They could have at least painted her toe nails if she was to short for an pedi scrub...They told me my other daughter was too little for her to get her nails painted (I get that because she kept wiggling)!!!! After we waited patiently for over an hour I finally stood up and said okay let's go!! My daughter was devastated that was patiently waiting for an hour was so sad! I asked them how much for the mani & they said $10...the I asked why didn't my daughter get her pedi? They said shes too short...I said don't you think you could have told me that???? We have been waiting patiently! All they said was she too short...I said well we are leaving & no I didn't pay the $10 for her mani. That was complete bullshit to let us sit there and hang out from 11-12:45!! Meanwhile my other daughter had many meltdowns...did they think we were just hanging out?! No!!! That was so rude with no communication & then to not even paint her toe nails.. I'm sorry but I do not recommend going to this salon!! I'm so sad for my daughter! read more

Worst experience i was told by the lady to be there at 230 pm I arrive she in middle of pedicure a man stops with his gloves ( cleaning someone's toenails) with his dirty gloves grabs me a bottle water and hands me some color wheels (which were filthy) tells me to wait so I do , I end up going out to my car for a few minutes since I see it's gonna be awhile I return the lady grabs my hands very aggressively then says we dont do dip nails I'm confused as there is a entire wall of dip behind her and it's on there site and there price list I say okay ill do acrylic then she grabs my hand again and say no dip to shellac and then drops my hand aggressively on her dirty table thank you for wasting my time I'm glad I didn't get my nails done there by looks of how dirty the shop was I could have gotten a infection do better treat people who you are charging better and dont advertise things you do not do very rude negative 5 stars read more

The prior 2 STAR reviews make me sad. I have went to many nail salons and have never been treated so kind as I have at this one. The minute you become their customer, you're treated as a guest. The owner offers a FREE soda or water, sets your massage chair to where YOU would like it. Secondly and most importantly, they take their time and do an excellent job when providing their service. They understand English, so if the service you wasted wasn't being provided, you should have spoke up. they would gave made it right. read more

They got the color of my nails right, but the language barrier caused for some trouble. They didn't get the shape I wanted. Instead of rounded edges she gave me an oval. That would have been fine except when she was sanding down with the machine on every single finger she cut and made my cuticles bleed. When I said "ow" and pulled away she yelled "you don't move." My fingers are sore, my cuticles are pretty beat up and will take a while to heal. read more

Made an appointment at 3:30 for myself and a friend, showed up and was told that they were too busy and to come back another time. I said no I couldn't come back at another time. I stated multiple times that I had made an appointment to which the guy said that I must have called a wrong number. I assured him he told us 3:30. While standing there he then yelled at myself and my friend to pick a color and sit in the chair where we waited for a long period of time without communication from the employees and without any service. When they finally started our pedicures they began to talk rudely about us to each other and laugh. During our appointment 2 other customers walked in and the guy cheerfully asked the two customers to pick out their colors and told them it would be a small wait.During my friends pedicure he got up and said that he wasn't painting her nails and walked away saying he was "too busy" and went to start working on another customers nails. I will not be returning here. If you insist people make appointments, as a business you need to honor these appointments. Not impressed. Multiple other customers who had came back 3 times that day with appointments were also turned away stating they were too busy. When trying to pay with my card, the guy repeatedly ran it and stated it declined because I had no money and said to walk to the bank across the street and get money and come back and pay. When I returned to pay with cash the guy stated that it was the machine not my fault after repeatedly degrading me. Will not be returning, very unprofessional, should not own a business. The owners at Royal Nails are wonderful. My girlfriend and I just got pedicures and we now have beautiful feet! They took their time and really pampered us. We highly recommend the hot stones. My friend and I were in town on business and decided to get Mani and pedis. Royal nails is the only place in town so we went there. Everything started off well with them giving us water and candy. They had nice new massage chairs and seemed to be pleasant people. Things went downhill fast. I wanted a full set of nails with the no chip shellac. I got my nails. (Mind you this is the first time I have ever attempted to do anything with my nails). As the were polishing I asked multiple times is this the no chip? Is this the shellac? I was reassured multiple times it was indeed. I still didn't quite believe them though because the Polish was OPI And I at least know what that is. After sitting there four hours and watching them run back and forth and work on multiple people as they were supposed to be doing my nails. I asked again. Is this the no chip , I paid for . I thought it was supposed to dry instantly.???? Then the gentleman told me he would put the gel on top and it would be the same. However, it wasn't . My nails never dried and were mushy. Every time I touched something the Polish rubbed off on whatever I touched. It was a mess. I paid 70.00$$$ for a set of shit nails that this asshole had to know he fucked up but took my money anyway. Then he overcharged my friend from what the prices were posted on the service menu. I had to go and get my nails fixed the next day by another salon who said you can never topcoat with the gel. They told me you can not mix the two systems and that Royal nails ripped me off. They also said they have to fix their work all the time. Don't go here. They are horrible they make you bleed because they get to close to your cuticle they cut my finger a lot and I will never go there again.

I have had better. Applied my gel nail way to thin. Didn't use the timer with the light and kept me under 10 minutes at the end. Taking it off - the soaked my nails in pure acetone. I didn't see them take out new cleaned instruments...just whatever was in the drawer/tray. Eww! read more

Horrible! I have given this place 3 chances and left unhappy all 3 times. My pedicure only took 10 mins and this included polish time. I asked for shellac and all she did was put OPI polish on with a shellac top coat. When I went to another salon to get it redone it literally took an hour for them to get it off. They told me there was no way she used a real shellac product, it should be able to be removed in 10 mins. Owner also does not have a friendly attitude. She acted inconvienced by clients requests. read more
