She did a full massage, toes, feet, legs and even his injured knee. I on the other hand paid for a pedicure where my feet were not touched. I should not have to leave a fresh PEDIcure and have to put lotion on my feet. Very disappointed. Also as a whole, please stop triple booking customers for the same time. We make appointments for a reason and when you start 20 minutes late I am the one who suffers. Either with poor service or a late day.

They did my 1 daughters Mani & it did turn out good, they put her in pedi chair & neglected to tell me that she is "TOO SHORT" but we waited for over an hour waiting for them to say anything! They could have at least painted her toe nails if she was to short for an pedi scrub...They told me my other daughter was too little for her to get her nails painted (I get that because she kept wiggling)!!!! After we waited patiently for over an hour I finally stood up and said okay let's go!! My daughter was devastated that was patiently waiting for an hour was so sad! I asked them how much for the mani & they said $10...the I asked why didn't my daughter get her pedi? They said shes too short...I said don't you think you could have told me that???? We have been waiting patiently! All they said was she too short...I said well we are leaving & no I didn't pay the $10 for her mani. That was complete bullshit to let us sit there and hang out from 11-12:45!! Meanwhile my other daughter had many meltdowns...did they think we were just hanging out?! No!!!
