Today, I visited the salon as a walk-in. There were only three techs there so I did have a short wait. Eventually, I was called over to sit at a station. Concurrently, another walk-in visited the salon for a pedicure. Instead of starting my nails, the tech started the pedicure. Due to this, I left. Please improve your customer service. read more

I had an awesome pedicure by Tom- soaked my feet in a cloud of gel like substance in warm water - hot towels to my legs and feet - awesome therapy to the trigger points in both - lotion - attention to detail i the clean up around the toes - he took his time.I was very proud of the fingernail polish application- againTom provided attention to detail to make my finger nails look spectacular! I have come to this place for a long time, Cathy and boo-boo have always done my nails and. Have done a wonderful job. Now they have a new owner named tina and they r very rude to people. They have cameras in the whole building even where they do the waxing. And the prices have gone up too much. just saying that. And now that my 2 nail techs are at Happy nails , on Andrews avenue same side as the hardware store. So if you want wonderful nails and nice people pls go see cathy and boo-boo there. I will never go back to Royal nails and day spa beside game stop.never have I seen a business owner be so rude to a customer, and even be disrespectful to an employee and try to take her customers. I thought I would try this place, but the google reviews are pretty accurate. This salon is very dirty. Everything from the work stations, floors, surfaces appeared dirty. I went in to get a dipping powder gel manicure and I don't believe they knew how to do it, so I left before they started. read more

The shop was busy when I walked in, but the staff was nice. They were really fast and they give you your own file and buffer in a ziploc. I thought that was a nice touch. Mike was the person who did my nails and he was fast, yet efficient. If these nails do well, this may become my new nail shop. read more

Dirty,Dirty,Dirty. I should have looked closer before I put my feet in the water. I watched while one person finished their pedi and they started another customer in the same tub without cleaning it. I asked for the gel powder, but what they told me was gel was actually acrylic. I do not recommend anyone going to this place. Very dirty, unkept atmosphere! Dusty and sticky tables, lamps, and floors! I don't think they've cleaned their facility since it was opened! So unsanitary! It's cheap but not worth sitting in their chairs or putting your feet in the tub or your hands in the nail warmer! read more
