Amazing food an undiscovered treasure!

This is our favourite Chinese restaurant in Plymouth. They have an amazing menu and presentation and service is always top rate.
What we like best is the 'all you can eat' option from the menu. Note this is not the same as the buffet, which they also have, at an even lower price. (They started the buffet option at the time of the recession, I guess to compete with the buffet city crowd).
I'd say, don't go for the buffet, but definitely go for the all you can eat menu option. As a couple, we choose up to five starters, and then there's a second course, which is usually crispy aromatic duck for us. They then have a selection of mains, and we choose around 3, with rice and/or noodles. After you've finished each course, you're allowed to order as much as you want of anything! So, often we have the five starters, and then have 3 more starter dishes because we like starters so much. All this for just £15 per head! It really is jaw-droppingly good value.
Every dish is freshly prepared and beautifully presented, and is a really lovely dining experience. We have also been here with larger groups as well and it works really well with lots of dishes and choice and everyone eating together at the same time (unlike buffets when
people are always getting up).
We have also had takeaway here which has always been good we especially love the salt and chilli squid and the beef in black bean sauce.
My only criticism would be that the atmosphere is a little lacking I
would recommend going to the side tables where the lighting is not as
bright.
I would urge people to try it out while the prices are still this good! (There is also an a la carte and I think they do a Chinese menu for Chinese people we always see Chinese people eating there, which is a sign of an authentic restaurant!) Throughly recommended. read more
