The hotel was perfect location for us to walk to and from the concert we were going to that night…read more The staff went out of their way for a fast check in and delivered our bags to the room because our train from Rome to Milan was an hour late and we were late to the concert. The hotel is more industrial style but it had a warm feeling. The only problem we had was the outside metal shade was banging against the window all night because it was storming. At the time we didn't realize that's what was going on and it kept us up half the night. Not being from the area we thought it was a train coming by us until we realized there weren't any train tracks. I with they would add a note inside the rooms letting visitors know that if they here a loud banging they should open the metal outside shade. Breakfast was good and their bar was ok. The bar appeared to be a new updated millennial type of bar. I wish they would've had craft cocktails but it was just basic for a bar.

Because of this nothing feels really clean. - Then I got to my room which felt like a sauna. I immediately turn on the AC to cool it off and then headed off to dinner hoping that when I returned my room would be comfortable. - When I got back a few hours later, plenty of time for the room to cool off, it was still hot and I had a couple of visitors in my room. - There were bugs crawling on my briefcase! I shook it off and smashed it. At this point I called the front desk to ask for a new room where there AC worked and that did not have bugs. While on the phone with the front desk another bug started crawling across the desk! - The front desk informed me they did not have any other non-smoking rooms so I took a smoking room hoping it would be cooler and not have nay bugs. - The smoking room was not cooler, but at least I didn't see any bugs. - The second night I switched to a different non-smoking room, but the AC in this room was terrible and seemed to actually make the room warmer. But at least there were no bugs in sight. Overall, my entire experience was terribel. The only redeeming quality was the staff. They spoke great english, were very helpful arranging taxis, and were helpful moving my rooms. Until this hotel undergoes a serious renovation find something elese.
