Dare I say this Royal Farms was .....almost as nice as a Wa Wa. This store was quite spacious, and there was a deli counter, huge coffee area, as well as ready to go healthy options. Get a fresh made sandwich, pizza, or breakfast sandwich, or pick up a delicious salad or fruit and yogurt cup. Wow.....the staff was very nice, and this is the best Royal Farms I have been in. Yes, they do take Apple pay, as well as the google card(which I use all the time). read more

As you can see that isn't my order.. the bad part is this happens regularly I either get shorted a piece of chicken or I get the wrong pieces! I should of learned my lesson by now! They get 1 star because they have competitive gas prices read more

The Old Baltimore Pike Royal Farms is a regular stop for me during fishing season. Its on the way to the bait shop. Seems to by always clean and fully stocked. The store itself is nice. The help can be somewhat dased and confused. The chicken is good as is the chicken salad. Not a fan of the regular subs tho. read more

First thing I noticed at this store was the gas pump display at the first one I tried was broken. Lack of maintenance is not a good sign, so I probably should've gone to another store. But I went in to get some fried chicken anyway. Here's the kicker: I asked the cashier to wait a minute for me to swipe my rewards card but he quickly closed the transaction before I could do so and said I was late. I think that was intentional. I really should've gone to the one on Pulaski Highway instead or to a Wawa store. read more

The worst food and worst service!!! This place can totally screw up a free lunch, especially a chicken sandwich!!! Don't go there!!! When I tried to complain about it to the corporate headquarters I just got a recording to leave a message.... Nothing was done to resolve the problem!!! read more

This royal farms has the slowest food service! Multiple customers waiting over 30 minutes for a simple chicken dinner. Never again I'll stick to the one on route 40. read more

Best chicken ever! The Jojos aren't the best but the chicken makes up for it. The chicken is a little on the spicy side and delicious.

My husband went on store just the other day and told me the store is not clean, to include the disgusting men's room. It has gone steadily down hill since being opened. Sparrows run is brand new store and already looks crappy. read more

I wish I could give a negative star. My sandwich was practically open faced. Why would you pile all the toppings on top of the cut and our the relish and vinegar on last?? Non of my toppings were in the sand which and all the relish and vinegar was on the wax paper making my bread soggy. Seriously??? How does that work? I know she wouldn't eat a sandwich like that. Now I just want to first say, I am a wawa guy! I am a landscaper for Brickman. I was cutting grass down the street from this Royal Farms on Old Baltimore Pike and Route72 a few weeks ago. I figured, "Hey I never go to Royal Farms. They should be the same as Wawa pretty much." Man how I was wrong. I am overall satisfied with wawa subs. So Royal Farms was closer to where I was cutting and I went there to grab my lunch. I tried to order the same type of sub I do at wawa. First, they had no bread size option. But that isnt the main issue for me. Anyway, I put my order threw. Went to go pay. Went back for my sub and the two employees were so disorganized and all over the place. But none the less, I smiled and left. When I parked at the place we were cutting, I opened my sub and was thrown off by my sub not being cut in half. Could just be a Royal Farms standard so I overlooked that as well. Grabbed my plastic knife and started cutting. Bit into half of my sub and globs of mayonnaise met my lips with force. I opened my sub and to my dismay, there was two slices of cheese, two slices of turkey and globs and globs of mayo. No pickles or onions like I asked. The bread was very mushy. First and worst experience ever at Royal Farms. I will never return unless their gas prices are lower then most of course lol. Sorry guys but Wawa is the best! read more

I love everything about Royal Farms, their coffee is excellant, their food is GREAT but the service sucks!!! Lines all the time and the help doesnt care if your standing in line or not I walked up to a register just today and the cashier saw me and walked away and I had to get in another line where the girl was dropping change and didnt even acknowledge me until a guy said wait on her, I used to work in retail and the customer comes first and when you see someone in line wait on them immediately!! Not at this Royal Farms!!! Food and drink is excellant, service sucks!! read more
