Upon entering the restaurant, there was a great deal of noise. It was odd that it was actually coming from the staff, the restaurant was pretty empty considering the lunch hour. They were laughing and talking which is just fine as long as it doesn't cause you to ignore your patrons. It took an employee coming into the restaurant to notice me. After which my order was taken. I ordered nuggets and fries. After such a long wait, I didn't bother to check my food while I was there. The food turned out to be cold, not warm at all. This visit was a double loss, time and money. I never expected this from Chick-fil-A . Hopefully it's better next time around.

We got the 8-piece dark meat chicken only, plus a biscuit and a medium rice dressing, and it was a lot of food for two people. The chicken was super juicy with a little kick of spice, crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly inside. The biscuit was bigger than your average biscuit--soft, buttery, and really good. The rice dressing could use a little more flavor. It reminded me of Popeyes, but with its own unique touch. Definitely worth a visit!

I received my confirmation on my app. When I went to the drive-thru, I was told that they didn't have my order. No further explanation was given. I showed my receipt. I was then told that someone had already picked the order up and dismissed me. When I did not leave, she pretended to look around. Then she told me to call customer services she did not have that number. I called inside the store and was told again that I could not be helped as they didn't have food. They were totally lost for a solution. I finally told them to make my order again. They clearly had given my order to another driver. I finally said that I was not leaving without my food. It was then that they decided to make my order. The employees did not even think to remake the order but instead seemed to expect me to leave without food or refund. The experience was just unsettling. On a happy note, the food was delicious. But I would think twice before choosing this restaurant again.
