We were able to customize each layer and we chose steamed buns for the top layer, pork intestines for the second, grilled meat for the third, and this sour vegetable and fish broth for the last. We grilled our own meat and ordered some additional hot pot items for the last layer. The soup is actually tasty but gets tiring when you have a large amount of it.
