A FAR cry from most Jewelers I've visited in the northeast (who are either cookie cutter chains or too pretentious for their worth). The lovely woman who helped me yesterday was (is) so sweet, conversational, patient, and helpful - never imposing or pushy. It was kind of like when you meet someone in a salon and start talking while you're getting pedicures. I'm pretty picky and I have very slim fingers. I must have tried on 20(+?) rings before finding a lovely, delicate diamond/pink sapphire band, perfect for what I was looking for. I return to PA every few years and plan to include Henderson's as a regular stop from this point forward. Their sign says "Jewelers," but they seem more like very nice people who happen to sell and repair treasures.

They brought in someone to work there and he is absolutely terrible. I went there twice since he started working there and have had a bad experience with him both times. All he wants to do is tell you about how great he is and what he has done and how wrong you are with everything you do. I'm sorry that what works for me didn't work for you 30 years ago. It is annoying to have to deal with him. This place has lost a lot of credibility to their reputation from the local numismatic community since he started. It's a shame, but it's generated due to this guys attitude. YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HIM!!!!

Their approach was to give me all the information I needed to make the purchase, but no pressure was applied for me to make a purchase at this time I was encouraged to take my time, look at other options, and return should I need any more advice. After a few month took the guitar back to BCR to see what could be done to address the issue of screws extending approximately 1/8 ins on the saddle. Was told appeared a setup, filling down and other work needed to be done. Was told, by the sales person, that this work was not covered by the manufacturer although it appeared that this was definitely a manufacturer defect or just SLOPPY work. I can understand wanting to generate income and BCR does do excellent repair work but to summarily disregard without reaching out to the manufacturer was disconcerting. BTW the manufacturer suggest taking the instrument to one of their dealers: Product Warranty As an expression of confidence in the excellence of the design, materials and workmanship involved in all the various aspects of bringing Tagima USA Guitar Products to you, Tagima USA Corporation of America (hereinafter referred to as "Tagima USA") provides the following warranty.
