"we don't take those".. I even asked "what do you take then ?" when I was last told no and to that she says "we take Apple products, that's what people want".. I then bring her an iPad (9th Gen) with a cracked screen to her and asked what she would give me AFTER I personally got the screen fixed for her to tell me it wasn't worth it that she would only give me a small fraction of what I paid for it and its repairs. Quality of service is dependent on what you're bringing or buying !!.. I would not recommended taking ANYTHING to this store unless you called and asked first, or are willing to get lowballed for WHATEVER it is you're trying to get rid of..

These people are the biggest crooks you will ever come across if you are selling gold or silver. I…read moretook in 32 gr of 14 KT gold and 1 gr of 10KT, worth close to $900. The nephew said it was worth $600 and would give me $575. I should have known my facts before going in, but didn't check it until getting home. I also had 214 oz of silver coins, which he ran through a machine and offered $2000, but I did know that was worth more and questioned him. He ran it through the machine agsin and came up MUCH higher. He said the machine was set wrong and offered more money, but at this point I did not trust him. I should have gotten the gold back but live and learn. I called to see if he had made a mistake and he promised to call back the next day. He did not. I called and got the owner who was a nasty, hateful old man who is quite accustomed to unhappy customers and had all the answered ready. He said that he had 40 complaints against him with BBB and for me to go ahead and they would just laugh.

They have so many thats how they off load them...by giving you huge savings. I have got new releases there that sold at walmart for $14.99 the same time I paid 20 for $10 here at Cash Converters. They also have video games from every system you can imagine...all used of course...but the savings are there. Musical instruments as well, they always have a huge selection of used guitars of all kinds and on select occasions they have full drum sets. Anything and everything else you can imagine is there...jewelry, tools, Collectibles, novelties, fish tanks, housewares and small appliances, all used all tested , all in great shape and all for sale. Management has always been excellent here at every level, employees are the same, friendly, respectable and polite. Layaway is an option they also offer if you desire so to do.
