Yes the office was a Mobile home, but all Mobile Home retailers are. Yes it had a country back woods home kind of feel, HELLO its Theodore Alabama. The process was easy, I did not have to fill any thing out, they did all the work, all I had to do is sign. The place I went to before Suburban Homes, their paperwork were 5 pages long and I had to fill it in all by hand. Plus out of the 3 places I went to, Suburban Homes had, the most reasonable prices, and alot to choose from. I highly recommend you check them out for you next home.

We purchased our home in June of 2022 with bosarge, and ITS STILL NOT COMPLETED AS OF JAN 2023! Our…read morehome was not set to state code, they then lied to the inspector and told him they fixed the issues when they did NOT causing us to call the inspector to notify him and the state inspector then forced them back out to my property and he sat and watched them to be sure they did it (they did everything but 1 thing- and were suppose to come back, that was in Oct). Our house is in danger of washing out due to them not setting correctly, and the state has told them to fix this issue, and they have so far just tried to lie to not do it. They are rude and mismanaged. We have discrepancies within our agreement with them showing that our loan numbers were messed with in order to steal from us (i have the paperwork and lawyer to prove this). We have a lawyer against them - so do others! Reviews on FB are turned off FOR THIS REASON. They were blasted for their bad business practices. Just RUN FAR FROM CALVIN BOSARGE JR AND ANY BUSINESS HE IS ASSOCIATED WITH! That man is a liar, horrible businessman, will do half ass or crappy work, thief (in my opinion) and complete SCUM for what he has done to my family and at least 5 others THAT I KNOW OFF!!!! The state has now given Calvin another notice to complete the grade issue we have, so our home doesn't washout. He is refusing to finish the actual home and put our skirting on, making it to where we can't get our landscaping or porches and get our home completed. The "custom built steps" are some crappy small steps that were installed lopsided, and are so far from the door my toddler has fallen and has needed help getting in. I was really excited to work with company. he advised he would do estimate and get back with me in 24 hours. Never received callback, no responses to my text or calls. I wouldn't have been offended if u didn't want to do the job but at least have the courtesy to say ur not gonna do job. I will not be contacting this company again.
