Roy was professional and helpful when my grandma needed her chimney cleaned. He went above and beyond to inspect it and make sure it was up to code (it wasn't lol). He helped re-fit it where it was coming loose, climbed on the roof to inspect more thoroughly, and offered a great quote to get the thing up to code.
