When our basement flooded a couple months ago, we called First General Services right away (as recommended to us by our neighbor). We made an insurance claim and First General walked us through the entire process. All of the crews that came to our house were very professional and did an excellent job. I can honestly say that our basement looks better now than before our flood! We called the office multiple times with questions or concerns and each time we were met with kindness and understanding. Hopefully we do not have another problem where we need to call them, but I would hire them again no questions asked.
