We chose to replace the furnace and hot water heater. Greg came over and helped us choose the best options for us. Ozzy started the installation and Harold and crew finished the following day. We had minimal disruption, clean up was thorough and the installation was very neat and organized. We are very satisfied. Our 2 rescue mutts got lots of loving so that's good for 5 stars! Our special boiler (I think Guardian techs may be factory qualified for this German boiler) continues to serve us well. Now our air makeup unit is again fit as a fiddle. KRIS is himself a fine SORT. I have heard zip from them. With that being said the staff was very nice and polite on the call as well when I was in person. Update; I received a reply on google reviews from the owner of this business that made me change the two star to a three simply because he seamed sincere and did apologize for being missed twice. I do have more plumbing heating requirements for the future and may give them a chance to show me their 5 star workmanship/service.

I hate leaving poor reviews but when you cant even do what you advertise to do your potential future customers deserve to hear my experience.
